Meanthreads is a common online shop , it's a good service you get, and a wide selection of clothes. definitely my favorite clothing store . can certainly recommended.

For the prices I didn't expect good quality, but I was pleasantly surprised.
Bought an "Assassin's Creed" jumper from them, they promised it would take 3-days for delivery. It took 4 WEEKS. Do NOT buy from them. The same people who run "Mean Threads" are also running "Guy's T-... Voir plus
Was a great company. Shame they closed down :(

Didn't even want to put a 1 star rating!
Worst company ever! Ordered from them on the 19th November 2015, it's now 11th January 2016, 7+ weeks later still no delivery. No reply to any messages over Facebook, no replys by e-mail & ignoring phone call after phone call. Gone to Trading standards, if no reply or refund they will be taking it further. BE WARNED. DO NOT ORDER OFF THESE.
Shocking customer service!
I ordered a shirt back in October and hadn't heard anything for 2 weeks so I emailed them. There was no answer so I contacted them on their Facebook and Twitter page asking when I could expect delivery, still no answer even though he was posting on the page. I messaged them several times and eventually he answered with "just chill"!. Well that got my goat up and I asked for my money back under the DSR and if he didn't refund me I said I'd go to trading standards of which he said "good luck with that". He then banned me from both pages saying that I was "spamming" his pages. I only wanted my money back! I recall someone else asking where their stuff was and he told them to "stop cry wa*king". The man's obviously a dropshipper getting stuff from China so expect cheap. shoddy goods with around a 6 week wait and nothing but childish abuse. Check out their Facebook page and see what other people sayabout the company. I expect him to report this post as he has done with others
Product never arrived, Mean Threads refused to help
I ordered a watch from Mean Threads and was told delivery could take up to 4 weeks. When my order didn't arrive, I emailed the company and didn't receive a reply. I called their customer services several times and never got through. I got hold of the mobile number for the MD, David Linder. He was rude and refused to help.
I then wrote on their facebook wall explaining my problem. My comment was deleted and I was blocked. With no other option left, I got the payment reversed from the bank and then contacted Mean Threads on Twitter (as they couldn't delete my tweet), who informed me this would affect my credit rating and they would charge me a further £10. Conversations over Twitter, when I'd reversed the payment, were the only time the company ever responded. After a going back and forth, I screenshotted 4 random complaints from their Facebook page to highlight just how many people have problems. They then blocked me on Twitter too.
They delete negative comments from their facebook and block those who make them. Countless times I have seen a negative comment pop up, only for it to be deleted shortly afterwards. There are hundreds of people who have had a similar experience to me. Some of who claim to have been threatened with legal action when they have reversed the payment through the bank and those who expose them on social media claim to have been threatened with legal action or even a visit from Mean Threads. One person even went far enough to create a facebook page dedicated to customers who have paid but never received there goods. Type 'Mean Threads is a' in to the facebook search bar and this page should appear. I can't put the full name on this review as using the final word is considererd 'accusatory/defamatory' and Mean Threads reported this to have my review blocked.
I'm not sure if anyone ever actually gets their products, but it's clear that many don't. Truly awful company, if they are actually a real company at all.
Since leaving this review first time around, Mean Threads contested it as I had used an accusatory/deformatory word to describe them. On the same day, they have also contested all the other negative reviews on Trust Pilot, so those who left negative reviews now need to edit them before they can be viewed.
Would you believe it though, on the same day, 3 brand new users left 5* reviews. What a coincidence.
If like me, you expect a product to arrive when you pay for it, or expect a refund if it doesn't, steer well clear of Mean Threads.
very good quality
For the prices I didn't expect good quality, but I was pleasantly surprised.
