To give a quick background on my history as a medical provider, I have used various billing services for over 25 years. Calls day after day after day, and multiple times per day, after being told every single time that we are *not* interested.

Uses a name suspiciously close to Medicare and agents who are difficult to understand in order to dupe staff into getting their supervisor as they think they are from a governmental agency.

Called and pretended that we "just called them" and that they were returning our call, not even two minutes after I had just hung up, having told them on a separate call we are not interested.

This company has a history of firing employees without and reason. CEO is immature and rash...
