Tried cancelling order to be told I can’t and would have to return which I did tracked.
After 30 plus emails I’m now told I’m out of the 30 days for a refund. UTTER DISGRACE
£134 out of pocket. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY

I would give 0 stars if possible.Thought I was buying from Tiktok shop, but soon realised not.Ordered 2 bottles for £39.97(buy 1 get one free), and within 70 minutes, £189.89 left my account.I emailed immediately and was told i'd ordered numerous items, but asked which I wanted and stated again just the 39.97 order.Led to believe this was to be sorted.
An hour or so later, another email stated order already been processed and 'fulfilled', so would I like to keep all and receive a 25% refund.
I stated again no, and pointed out thar initially was told would be shipped next day, so had given ample time to stop shipment.After three ignored emails, I cancelled my debit card and informed my bank.As payment stayed in 'pending'Once this sorted, and I thought it over, I received an email 6 days after initial one,( on the 25th Sept) stating order processed and shipped and cannot be stopped., but once again offered 25% refund as goodwill gesture.or send all back at my expense.They advertise as Uk, but address is in Netherlands.
I have stated as no shipping notification or tracking number,I do not believe any order shipped. I have requested this shipping order and tracking info, but none forthcoming.They use false advertisement,and misleading claims, use Boots logo on some websites and Dragon's den in others. I have fallen for a scam obviously, but now afraid they will try once more to take money out of my account.I have cancelled my debit card and ordered a new one, but as I gave them ample notice before any so called shipping for things I did not order, I do not want to be charged again, and once more fight for money back.

I ordered this having seen a video of Gabby Logan(?) advertising this as them having worked for her mother.

I ordered one bottle. I was billed for 5 bottles at £149.92. I emailed them and they responded saying I could have a 25% refund. The tablets arrived and having read reviews etc decided to return them. The return address is The Netherlands even though the debit on my card was against MedicGLP UK.

I have just returned the whole shipment to the Netherlands address and had to pay £17.55 tracked postage PLUS £40.27 duty and a Royal Mail admin fee of £1.50. Total cost to return £5923.

I know that the Distance Selling Act places the onus on the supplier to cover the cost of the return and I could have elected to have the receiver pay the duty. I suspect, however, that they would have refused.

The social media adverts are a scam. They convince you to take their initial purchase deal and once you authorise that payment they then immediately take additional payments for over 5 times the agreed amount.

I haven’t received my order or an email to confirm my purchase

Do not purchase from. They set up a subscription without consent and charged me twice in error. Cancelled the order and they refuse to refund.
