Reprehensible attitude of the admin and nursing staff
My review is based on my personal experiences and interactions with Medicsi administrative personnel and Pediatricians.
From lacking the requisite knowledge to correctly guide me to demonstrating professionalism in handling the matter. The admin personnel are severely lacking, and Medicsi should try and improve the patient experience, otherwise, Patients will start to seek alternative maternal care.
Before, writing this review, I sent a complaint to Medicsi via email and complained in person, and am yet to be contacted, the email was sent on the 26th of September 2024, and the in-person complaint was made on the 5th of October 2024.
In my opinion, this is evidence of Medicsi's ambivalence to patient complaints or a genuine desire to address any issued faced by patients. does not take patient complaints seriously, nor
This review is in no way intended to disparage or cast any aspirations concerning the obstetricians who work at Medicsi, who in my opinion offer the best obstetric care available in Islamabad.
However, in light of my overall experience, I would recommend seeking alternative care, as the lack of professionalism and the responsiveness of the nurses etc. will ruin what is meant to be a one in a life time experience.
