Normally I am not comfortable phone shopping for insurance, etc. The representative I spoke with did an excellent job at making me feel comfortable, I felt like I could really trust him. He explained the supplemental insurance to me step by step and in terms I could understand. He was very patient and I appreciated his kind, gentle voice. Some are very pushy and then I am no longer in the mood to discuss insurance - it can be confusing as it is. So, thank you for giving me the opportunity to finally find a supplemental insurance plan I know I can afford and be satisfied with.

A very positive experience
A very positive experience. The agent who helped me, Evan Nichols, was extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely visit with him in the future when it comes to Medicare decisions.

I am receiving texts from Molly at medigap.com. I have responded to take my phone number off their list to no avail.
Don't give your number while on their site. They will harass you.
Response to Medigap .com: When the blocked texts and blocked phone #'s end, I will give a rating based on the speed and completeness of your deleting me from your list(s). But my above rating will stand because your company employee Molly at 205-751-1988 did not stop after 5 requests to remove my # from your list, I received a text from her again on Nov. 12 at 1:30 pm EST and again Nov. 13, at 12:44

I was very pleased with my agent as he…
I was very pleased with my agent as he explained everything to me clearly so that I could save a good bit by changing plans to one almost the same but with a small co-pay. He told me not to cancel the existing policy (with same company) until I was covered by the new plan. A few days ago I called them to check the status, thinking I was covered until Nov 1 when the new plan is in place..well, NO. I was bluntly told my policy was cancelled (evidently when the change in plan came through) and I had NO coverage until Nov 1 even tho' I had had no contact until I called. Needless to say, haven't been able to reach the agent and it's Nov 1 so I guess I'm covered again and can move about without fear of an accident !!!
