Really wonderful vocals and background sounds

Well it's been calming my anxiety and my anger

It walks you right through the meditation, id like more short ones, but it's great regardless.

Has given me a new outlook on ways to deal with stress in my life I love the meditations it's helped me be mindful of a different Outlook on dealing with stress grieve just being able to to meditate and listen to all the different sounds and meditations has really been amazing way of living that I never knew existed thank you

A very relaxing program, could be a bit longer, very enjoyable.

Enjoyable mediation

I am the poster child for Meditainment!! I cannot say enough about this awesome program. I did not meditate regularly before Meditainment was made a requirement (among others) for my Program, however, I am a BELIEVER now, and this is BY FAR my favorite! I can't wait for new experiences to "unlock" and I also LOVE the bonuses! Keep up the great work that helps me clear the "mental chatter"!!!!!

I really enjoy meditating because of this app and it didn't take me long to get into. it did start working for me almost immediately. I love this app.!!!

An informative and structured meditation app. Brilliant for all levels

I absolutely love the Meditainment app. The clean layout of the design.
The way it drip feeds you scenarios in a progressive way.
The way the large room with the marble floor and many doors always appears is a great way of the starting point becoming familiar and gears your brain up for winding down.
I Love the voice of the lady and the spacey sound effects.
Great ideas and scenarios.
I cannot fault it. The only thing i would like is a scenario for an extra long meditation infact in a perfect world it could give you the option to choose the length of the meditation with a choice of 20, 30 or 45 minutes but that's me being greedy. I use meditainment every day and sometimes I'll do a few back to back. Hopefully the team will make more scenarios and it's terrific that it's a free app but I would happily pay to help the developers.

I enjoyed the way it made me aware of my stress level and how to combat triggers.

This is an extremely helpful course to take. I used something similar to this app many years ago. Being mindful, and living in the moment ----- something everyone should experience and practice.

I loved the sounds, her voice, and the scenery described in the meditations.

Meditainment is a great program for all kinds of self care I am definitely going to continue it.

My experience was very calming. It made me aware of myself. When ever I felt that things were out of my control I would play a mediation melody and collect Mt feelings and self value. Thank you.
