Mediweed is very fairly priced unlike other places, the delivery is really fast and they have included free gifts each time which was a nice surprise! I would love to see Mediweed stock GSC flowers, then I can make ALL my purchases here!

Excellent service fast arrival and a free bag of cbd tea. All a good days shopping.

Very unhappy with service I received. Took 17 days from paying for order to receive product from UK to Ireland. Most of my UK orders post brexit/covid take 5-7 days on average to arrive here in Eire. Mediweed were still charging EU customers UK Vat as of March 2021 when under the Brexit deal this should have been zero rated from Jan 1st 2021. What did they do with all this added income which they were not liable to pay to UK Inland Revenue?

Sorry, but this experience has been very disappointing and there response to my review here is blame everybody else other than look at themselves and see where they went wrong and reach out to the customer and put it right like most other companies do as a matter of course.

Response to Reply; Please don't distort the truth and be honest. You never told me that it would take the length it did and l never sent an email saying continue as all l was doing was thinking where is my order so that is a fabrication. As l stated, all the many other small to medium sized UK companies 3 months after Brexit l have dealt have sorted there logistics by now unless they are incompetent. The truth is that this had nothing to do with Brexit and all to do with mis-managing my order and blaming Royal Mail and not taking responsibility for it like most mature and professional business operators would. Then put it right by the customer which you failed to do in my case. Also if something does go wrong with an order reach out to the customer and explain and say how your going to put it right not expect the customer to email/phone you for a resolution. This is customer service 101 not mastermind!!

Best customer service and great CBD what more can I say if you want a reliable and trustworthy company who help you with any information or concerns you may have and deliver great CBD look no further I've dealt with other companies who don't even reply to a email which shows they don't care about the customer whereas this company does.

This company has always been good hence 5 stars.

I wasn’t expecting anything amazing where the price is so cheap. But with all the good remarks other people have said about this hemp, I thought I’d give it a try.
I wish I saved my money and never bothered purchasing it.
For me personally, the amount of seeds the hemp contained was way beyond anything I have ever had in the past, it tasted absolutely dreadful to smoke.
I have a profound knowledge of cbd hemp flower and have purchased easily a couple of kilos of different varieties over the last couple of years, from numerous UK companies.
Would I recommend this hemp flower - No!

Great value, came with free tea bags and a pen and the postage was quick which i was pleasantly surprised with given some of the reviews here. Will definitely buy again

Fast postage & plastic free!
I was after a nice nourishing lib balm plastic free and not wanting petroleum based one either (vaseline).
I can't say I have noticed particularly soothing qualities of this balm but it does tick the boxes of my other requirements.

Great product but wish the delivery was faster when paying a lot for 1st class, my delivery took quite a while to arrive which left me apprehensive to order again. the lovely 2 tea bags as a gift were so nice i want more but scared of waiting 7 days or more. i recommended mediweed to someone who has also complained to me that the delivery took so long he said a donkey could have walked it here in less time. please sort the delivery out, amazing product just convenience of the faster delivery of others outweighs even the best of things. if it was quicker delivery i'd buy here so often so would others.
