Don’t waste your time because I did it for you. After a call and text confirming my personal details I arrived to Uxbridge at the agreed time just to learn no one was there. I couldn’t find the site either. On the phone the lady I spoke to earlier was a bit confused and offered to come back on the following day, but this felt like a SCAM and not a legitimate business.

This company is stating they are CQC registered as are offering clinical blood testing. Bought a service on Wowcher and the blood is sent for testing to a residential address in Hayes which looks like a rundown property on a council estate. Got my money back.This company is fraudulent. They also state they are UKAS accredited which is also a lie. Beware, do not use.

This company says it CQC registered but doesn’t have a registration number. When contacted to confirm this we were simply ignored.
They sent a kit to take a blood sample with paperwork, paperwork had three different company addresses, one of them being a private residence on what looked to be a council estate and this is where you were instructed to send your blood sample back to.
Something not right here!!!

Fraud!
Firstly, they don’t have any license number in their website and when it came to an issue with them they didn’t tell me neither it nor their HMRC number. Means they work illegally or simply draw the test results in a kitchen. And even if some license number appears in thee after my review, make sure to check it carefully. The link “Terms and conditions” doesn’t work as well.
Unfortunately, I didn’t pay attention to that when I used their services and payed quite a lot of tests from this website during the last months.
Everything seemed to be more or less ok, except they’ve never sent automated order confirmation and I all the time had to ask the customer service to send it in WhatsApp. All the tests showed no significant abnormalities unless I did Thyroid Function Profile (TSH, T4, T3 and TG Ab) that showed that I’ve got a severe hypothyroidism. TSH was approximately twice higher than normal and T4 – extremely low. That could explain my current symptoms.
Naturally, I turned with this test results to my GP and they repeated TSH. To my astonishment it was normal. Besides, previously I did a complex test by hair that included TSH, T4 and T3 and there they were normal as well.
I got back to MedTech Services Laboratory, explained them the situation and we agreed that they would repeat the test for free and send me a new test kit for that.
Since that moment their adviser started behaving like a real scammer. And I’m sure she is a scammer indeed.
I haven’t received a test kit within several days and texted her to double check if they had sent it. There was no answer. I had to call her several times until she took the phone. She told me they hadn’t sent any test kit indeed and that they weren’t going to repeat the test for free, but only give me a discount. And that she would tell me what discount exactly later. That hasn’t been done as well.
At that point I lost my trust for them at all and repeated the test in another private laboratory via a private thyroid clinic (TSH, T4, T3 and antibodies). All of them were in normal range. Thyroid hormones are very stable and can’t jump that much. Besides, even if by some miracle this happened, all my symptoms would be gone, but I felt same bad during all these tests. So this lab definitely sent me FAULSE RESULTS!
I wrote them an email with the new results as a proof and messaged in WhatsApp requesting a refund of this test and asking about their license and HMRC numbers.
There was no reply for several days and I had to call that scammer again. She picked the phone and tried to persuade me that thyroid hormones’ levels can change so much (lie), then remembered I had told them that their test results are likely to be true for my condition (but my symptoms can be caused by a number of diseases), then that she had doubts about how the other labs (3 labs including the NHS one!) treat samples and kept insisting that their results were true and they wouldn’t give my money back… I asked their license number. She was very surprised to hear about that a laboratory needs a license and told me she would send it to me later. That has never happened.
Stay away from this laboratory, it’s a clear fraud!
