Medical Administration Training Avis 

When I handed in my assignments they were marked and sent back quickly which made it easier for me to continue my coarse.
When I needed help and phone a trainer I got hold of someone quickly and had my questions answered so that I could continue studying without holdups. The course itself was very interesting for me and I learnt some new things but also I found that I had also covered some of the content in my lifetime experience.

I found studying through Medical Administration Training to be a very easy process and everyone I interacted with was very supportive and knowledgeable and this greatly helped me to complete my diploma in practice management.

Course materials are fairly engaging and l was given plenty of time to complete them. I did find some units to be vague in explanation and not able to get help on a weekend was frustrating. I work during the week.

Being able to study at my own pace. Responses from trainers was very quick after submitting assessments and guidance given where needed. All material was easily understood sometimes I just needed to remember the where to find the extra information from the extra files. Would have been nice if all of the subject Learner Resources were downloadable.

The course information was comprehensive and up to date. The links to relevant government and industry information was exemplary. The support and understanding was amazing and much appreciated.

I completed a cert 3 in medical administration. The fees for the course were cheaper than TAFE. Quality of the course content is the same. Feedback, help and marking of assessments was much prompter than TAFE. Often my assessments were marked the same day as I submitted them. I would definitely recommend. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Really enjoyed the course, very informative and the educators are amazing. They are very prompt in marking assessments and also giving feedback for assessments. This course can be done quite quickly if you are willing to prioritise your time well. Very manageable to get at least a subject done a fortnight. Would highly recommend.

Great support and guidance

This is the 2nd time i have studied with Med Train, the trainers are very helpful, and you never feel alone if you are struggling.
Excellent communication from everyone and i would definitely recommend to anyone.

I have just completed my second course with MAT. I liked that I was able to study in my own times and at my own pace. Educators were quick to respond and mark assignments.

I am 56 years old. Study has been fun and hard at the same time. Overall, pretty good and sometimes hard going with the study material, but a worthwhile experience that I am happy now, that I did the course. Good admin assistance, lecturers will help when you ask.

The support you get, the learning resources it’s amazing, these guys are absolutely wonderful to study through, they give great feedback when doing assessments so if things need to be worked on there aren’t any language barriers or issues, I will be studying my diploma through these guys I have nothing but praise for them. Absolutely amazing 🩷
