I first came across Medy through a Facebook post and decided to click through to see what it was about. After following the simple sign-up process, I honestly couldn’t believe the price — it was, without doubt, the best value I’d found anywhere.
Shortly afterwards, I was invited to a video consultation where everything was explained clearly. They took the time to understand my needs, carry out the appropriate checks, and make sure the treatment was right for me, which gave me real confidence in the service.
Once approved, my pen was dispatched promptly, and I received a confirmation email along with full tracking details. The parcel arrived quickly, well packaged, and in perfect condition. It was delivered in a cold pack and included a sharps disposal box and everything I needed to get started and stay on track — a really professional touch.
Overall, I’m extremely happy with the entire experience from start to finish. The process was smooth, professional, and reassuring throughout. I would happily recommend Medy to anyone considering their services.
