MEEDEN Art Avis 37

I ordered an easel from Meeden Art on May 31, and as of today (June 23), I have still not received it. The tracking number they provided is invalid and untraceable. I’ve reached out for support, but the issue remains unresolved.

This experience has been extremely disappointing, I personally find the company untrustworthy and would not recommend buying from them.

In the end i received this easel 4 weeks after ordering , quality is really good, it's just the waiting has been for too long!

Final update: the unexpected service charge has been refunded.
Update: Meeden finally came through and satisfied all issues. This was not a pleasant experience by any means but at least they did finally come through.

Awful customer service. I never got my shipment and they refused to do anything about it. I was a very good customer; bought several items but I’m done with them now.

Do not trust this company. They took my order and my money and 6 weeks later I’m still waiting for a resolution to not receiving my item or a refund. Their communication is very low quality. I ordered an easel and regretted it straight away as they said they were out of stock but they would fulfil my order the following week. This was a weekly exchange with MEEDEN taking 24-48 hrs to respond. Everytime I asked for a refund they said the stock was due in. In the end, after 6 weeks, I lost my patience. I’m very sceptical of all their social media content, the reviews on Trustpilot are clearly fake and I’m not sure if this company even exists at all. The creative community should avoid this company and their products.

I purchased 2 of Medeen’s deluxe multi- function heavy duty large artist easels. On one of the easels the knob is stripped so it no longer can adjust up or down in the front of the easel. The first time I contacted them they responded and asked for pictures which I sent. I never heard back from them so I’ve sent the pictures along with correspondence 3more times over the past 2 weeks and haven’t heard anything back from them. There is no phone number for them that I can find. I called an art supply company I do a lot of business Ed’s with and they gave me a phone number but it didn’t work. At this point I am out an easel with a relatively easy fix… just send me a new knob and it would be operational again.

The product arrived more than damaged despite being perfectly packaged, so I don't know how it could have passed the quality process. Then I wrote to them directly and i still waiting any news.

Surprised by the quality of this brand but have now ordered a few kits from them in both oil and acrylic. Highly recommend giving them a try. Great acrylic colours and the oil paint is firm like bob Ross paint. Thanks Medeen!!

I received this as gift , I've been painting for about 10 years now and I'm simply blown away by the quality of this set. The brushes, the canvas, the paint all top notch and for the price it's really unreal . If you've been painting in watercolor or acrylic and want to jump to oil this box is perfect. If you've been painting awhile and just need to refresh your supplies this box is perfectI really can't recommend this enough

Got this as a gift from my family for Mother's Day, and I couldn't be more thrilled!
Every piece in the box was labelled for easy assembly (which took about 20-30 minutes). As a primarily watercolor / mixed media artist, the fact that I can sketch upright and convert it to a table-top if needed was a priceless feature along with the ability to move it around on the casters... Love this high quality easel ~ I can't imagine ever needing a replacement!

I received the package on time and in good condition. On opening the box I found the pictogram instructions that were quite easy to follow. I also looked at the video to get any other clues how to assemble the easel. The assembly was super easy and I was done in less than 25 minutes. The easel is sturdy, well designed, and I am very happy with my decision to purchase it.

Beautiful, sturdy, flexible, good value and easy to assemble. I absolutely love this easel. It can tilt forwards 5° to reduce glare, and also goes all the way back to horizontal for priming canvases or doing watercolor painting.
The wood is of great quality. Unlike most products which are made of pine wood, this easel is made of solid beech, a proper hardwood which will last many many years and can be refinished if you want to keep it looking like new.
Absolutely recommend it.

It really helps my painting! I never thought I could paint that well because I used not so great paper in the past! I wish I had know it earlier!

I ordered an easel and they forgot hardware to assemble it. It took over 4 weeks to receive the box. Customer service was dismissive and downright snarky. Each time I contacted them for a status update of the mystery screws, I was treated as if this was my fault. I know I am only one person, but they've permanently lost my business.

I received a damaged item in two art sets that I ordered. When I notified MEEDEN, they immediately replaced the damaged item after I sent them a picture of the damaged item. I am extremely pleased with all the products I received in the black tabletop easel box kit and the deluxe all in one art painting set I ordered. Thank you for excellent customer service and excellent products! Everything was just as I had hoped! Thank you MEEDEN! I will definitely be ordering more products in the future!

The product was fine and just what I asked for. I would have really appreciated an email from the company stating that my order was received and on its way. I was wondering if the company was legitimate

The dividers don’t fit at all. And weren’t as many as advertised. It was to come with paints and brushes and it didn’t.

I have made a recent order for cold press paper - the paper is excellent and the price is good . I will buy again I use this product all the time love it
