I had the BEST experience with this company! I was meat on time so polite I did not lift a finger.
My concierge made it effortless. From the side walk , to check in , got me on a little bus to terminal and walked me into the lounge!!! Waited while I got food and left!! NOTHING was too much for him !!
I will definitely be use them again a lot more. I don’t know what I was missing out on the all these years!!!

£390 “VIP” with zero VIP: no Fast Track, no queue skipping, buggy missing
Waste of money. I paid £390 for a “VIP Meet & Greet” because their website talks about “skip queues” / Fast Track. That never happened. We were turned away from Fast Track and ended up queueing like everyone else — so honestly, there was no VIP benefit at all.
We also paid extra for an electric buggy/golf cart for three grandparents. It wasn’t there when we needed it, nor was an alternative. And the buggy part was only refunded after I chased them more than once. Nothing was offered proactively at the time.
What we actually got: two nice guys with a sign and they carried a couple of small bags. That’s it. For £390, that’s not “VIP”.
When I spoke to the greeters, they told me they were a third-party team, and Fast Track / queue skipping had not been booked — even though that’s exactly what’s advertised on the Homepage.
Afterwards, instead of taking responsability, the company hid behind technicalities and ignored requests for a full refund.
For context (before they try to spin it): we travelled as six, but I booked this specifically for the three grandparents. The others didn’t need assistance.
Absolutely not recommended.
Be careful with this service. They tell you they can take you through fast pass but they dont. Even the airport manager said they sell this and dont deliver. I paid nore than 400 pounds and now am trying to get my money back since i was scammed :(
I was about to book the 'VIP' meet and greet departure package, which charges £195 basic fee per person. Guess what? They charge separately for luggage assistance and buggies, so what is the £195 charge for?
They don't provide lounge access if you are an economy flyer. Apparently, lounge access is only for First—and Business-Class passengers. Newsflash: First and Business-Class Passengers ALREADY get lounge access with their tickets! Stay away, its a scam.
Absolutely awful service. Firstly, the contact number failed to connect multiple times when we called to notify them of dropping off the car on the way there. Eventually got through about 30 minutes before we arrived but were made to wait in the car park for almost an hour with two young kids when we arrived. The driver was rude and refused to apologise for being late saying “my shift has only just started so I’m not late”. Given this experience on the way there, when we returned I called at the passport gates (earlier than we were supposed to) so we wouldn’t have to wait around again. However, even after a 20 minute delay getting our bags the driver was again 50 minutes late to drop the car off. No apology and the car was returned in an absolute state. My recommendation would be to pay a little more and go with a reputable company. Don’t use these guys, they’re unprofessional, rude, take zero accountability and are unreliable which is not what you need before and after a flight.

Following an extensive international journey, the last experience I desired was to stand in line for customs. Fortunately, the VIP Meet & Greet service managed every detail impeccably, ensuring I was on my way with my bags in under 30 minutes

If I could rate this service zero stars, I would. I booked this so-called “VIP Meet & Greet” for my mother on 11th May 8AM, arriving on May 16, 2025, at 10:00 AM (Flight KU103). The only reason I chose this service was for luggage assistance—I paid an extra £130 because she had five bags. The total cost was £390, and what I received in return was absolutely nothing.
At 9:43 AM—barely 15 minutes before arrival—I received an email from someone named Iman. By then, the plane had already landed. I immediately called the agent, who answered the phone half-asleep, completely unaware of the booking. My mother had already disembarked with no assistance, no support, and no visible agent as promised.
This company advertises a dedicated agent “awaiting your arrival at the gate or air bridge, easily identifiable with a personalised sign,” along with fast-track passport control, baggage support, and transfer coordination. Not a single one of these services was delivered. My mother was left to fend for herself at one of the busiest airports in the world.
This isn’t just poor service—it's a disgrace, an embarrassment, and a textbook example of a failing business with no professional pride. I shudder to think what would have happened had it been my 90-year-old grandmother travelling alone.
I’ve demanded a full and immediate refund for services not rendered. The service description is entirely misleading, and the execution is non-existent. There was no "dedicated agent", no "efficient assistance", and certainly no sense of organisation or care.
Next time, I’ll pay £35 and use Heathrow’s official service—at least they show up.
To call this operation anything close to “VIP” is an insult. A fancy website covering up for incompetence, unprofessionalism, and shocking mismanagement. I’ll never use this service again, and I strongly urge others to avoid it.
As I write this at 10:29 AM, my mother is already in the car on her way home—bags and all—and still, not a single message or confirmation from the provider regarding my full refund. Just more silence from a company that clearly doesn’t care.
Talking to customer service members was a joy, they were so professional. I had the meet and greet and also the chauffeur. The meet and greet was $234 and the chauffeur was an extra $145. Well, wouldnt you know it, the day we were to fly in 3-21-25, Heathrow was shut down, so I had to cancel the service. I called them the next day and asked about a refund because Heahtrow was shut down and they said sorry, NO. But would give me a discount if I booked with them again.. I ended up calling my Chase credit card and they immediately refunded me for services I did NOT receive.
Horrible rude staff, no concept of customer service, had to wait 45 min for the car to be returned, Don't use

As a frequent traveler, time is everything. Meet & Greet Heathrow made my airport journey smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely use this service again!
My daughter booked VIP Meet and Greet Service Heathrow ("meetandgreetheathrow.com) as she became ill during her stay in London and needed support for her trip back home to Germany. But what we got was a joke!
The promised stay in a lounge at the airport was not available (and the company calls itself "VIP Meet&Greet Heathrow!) without any notification or comment during/after the booking or upon arrival at the airport, and the person who should support my daughter during her whole stay at the airport left her alone after a while, stating that he had not time to wait with her till the boarding as he has to go and pick up the next client!
When we complained, we received a very rude and ridiculous reply, stating that we should have read the website more properly and as my daughter was only an "economy traveler" not all services were available for her anyhow.
So beware and don`t waste your money on this company and on services you will never receive!

First of all, the original impression is that the car transport is included in the quotation, but after you pay for the Meet & Greet service, you receive another invoice for the car service that you have to pay separately.
Second, we had booked a buggy - there wasn't one provided. The person meeting us managed to hitch a ride on the airport buggy.
Then, the service had problems getting us through immigration without queuing, which defeated the whole purpose of using such an expensive service. Again the person meeting us managed to hook along with someone on a wheelchair.
It would have been a total disaster, if the person doing the meeting wasn't so helpful and was able to find workable solutions. VIP, it certainly wasn't. The cost was out of proportion with the actual service performed and therefore this was a pretty lousy experience all in all. We will never use them again.
