I highly recommend Megan Baker - I recently purchased through their agency in Cowes and it has been a surprisingly easy and stress free process. Response times were excellent and Anne is straightforward, professional and a pleasure to deal with.

They're able to make excellent recommendations for local services, conveyancing etc. I've only used them for the purchase of a property but I'm sure they would be equally efficient and dynamic when acting for a vendor. I required a valuation of our property for personnel reasons, which were explained to Megan prior to her visit. When she arrived she was well prepared, gave her time even though she was aware we had no intention of selling. Megan explained things to me, asked questions and took information down. Over the years i have dealt with estate agents and have never been that impressed. Megan I felt was honest, trustworthy, professional, friendly, and interested in what I had to say. I would have no hesitation in giving her my property to sell if necessary in the future.
