Great business to deal with!
Very helpful, great customer service and swift delivery! One item turned out to be out of stock, so got an email with options on a Thursday evening and got the order delivered on a Saturday morning - the same week!!!🤩

Most of the products were expired 5-6 months back. I didn't notice at first cause I didn't know a company would actually send expired products and had stomachache for 3 days. Never buying from megapump ever again.

Regarding your order, the protein bars you purchased were part of a special discounted offer clearly marked on our website as being past their best-before date. The product description stated:
"This product is available at a discounted price due to expired date. If you prefer a product with a normal BB date, you can purchase it at the regular price. By selecting the sale option, you acknowledge and accept these terms."
All other items in your order were within their standard shelf life.
We strive to be fully transparent about products sold at reduced prices and always include detailed notices when a product’s best-before date has passed.
