Great service
Great service. Fixed my mother’s shower within a week from my first call. Came to inspect then provided a quote and were able to squeeze the job in a few days later. Was a smooth process with a great result.

appauling service for central coast newcastle office
appauling customer service by the central coast, nsw franchise members and owner. do not trust megasealed central coast. if u live on coast or lower newcastle, they never ever honour their warranty issues. 6 times now myself and neighbours been stuffed around and they always pretend to care on email and phone but ignore you and never fix problem properly. be warned.

Warranty not worth the paper it’s written on
Used Mega Sealed back in 2015 to fix our leaking shower base. Now the shower base is leaking again and they will not honour their 25 year product warranty saying that there are cracks in the grout from the house shifting. Seems like they will use any excuse not to honour their own warranty.
