This company is a total rip off. Played Deal or no Deal the big hit on 10p per spin got about 7 feature bonuses and not one of them paid more than one pound. However in the past year or so they have really turned the odds of winning right down and you can feel it! The little wins you normally get on slots to keep you hooked are none existing.

I would avoid this casino at all costs, unless you are just looking to lose all your money. Similar story to a bunch below, after being verified and checked on sign up, I managed to make a small profit of less than £10 on the website. As soon as I went to withdraw cash, they blocked my account and are refusing to verify me.

They have asked for the following excessive verification documents in this order and upon providing what they have requested, they then start to ask for me irrelevant pictures.

Drivers license, Bank card and proof of address
Selfie with drivers license
selfie with drivers license outside of my address
selfie with drivers license outside of my address with todays date shown

Played on this site since 2008 when it was starspins before it rebranded to megaways. 2 months ago they asked me to provide a wageslip to prove my earnings, I provided this, then they wanted a bank statement, I provided this, then they asked for further bank statements, which was then followed by a phone call asking all sorts of questions, what do I spend my money on, what do I do in my social time etc, how many people do I live with, scrutinise every payment on bank statement, then asked for more documents, like wanting letters from company’s/ people that I pay direct debits to, to prove what the direct debits for, whilst asking for all this they closed my account until I would provide all of this info. So after 15 years of being a member of this site they suddenly want all this info? Needless to say I told them forget it and keep the account permanently closed! They will end up knowing more about you than the tax man/ government! All for a gaming site and you’ve got to trust a gaming site to keep all that info secure… urrr no thanks!

Complete scam. Won money on a free spin promo, they immediately closed my account on all of their sites and have asked for increasingly ridiculous identification.

So far they have requested:

Picture of my passport
Proof of address
Pictures of my debit card
Pictures of all of the above while holding today's date
Pictures of all the above, outside my house with the house number in view, with today's date
A *video* of all of the above

To date, they have not unlocked my accounts and still hold both my winnings and my own wagers.

I've raised a complaint with IBAS (Independent Betting Adjudication Service) and suggest anyone else having issues with these clowns to do the same.

Edit: Customer Support ignored me and so I did some digging online; found email addresses for their board members. If anyone is having issues with these thieving scumbags then I suggest sending your complaint to the below:

I then recieved a response within the hour stating that my money and winnings had been sent to me but all accounts with their company would be closed and I would not be able to open a new one.

This site has to be the biggest con ever.. if your playing on a slot game and you have to re deposit. It makes you go to homepage and top up so this triggers the amount you have lost restart and any bonus rounds would be non existent. Closed this con of a site.

I am given money to test and trial on line casinos. This one is horrendous with very little fun offered. Used the 2k allocated and received very little features. On £4 stake the feature regularly returned less than £20. Far better out there and I would encourage anyone to avoid this one. Verging on outrageous!!!
