Very nice company, personal approach, high quality

Tolle Sache
Das Smart Sleeve ist wirklich ein tolles Teil. Ich hatte die Werbung auf Instagram gesehen,nwar etwas skeptisch, hab's aber bestellt. Trotz der Weihnachtszeit ging die Lieferung flott. Tja....und ich war bzw. bin begeistert. Das ist wirklich eine tolle Idee und im Alltag sehr hilfreich.Von mir gibt's eine volle Empfehlung....

Great functionality and beautiful design
The laptop sleeve is wonderful. It is very well constructed and made of beautiful material. I LOVE the functionality of the sleeve, improving my posture and ability to work for longer stretches of time more comfortably. I love it so much that I actually bought a second one for my personal computer.

Product doesn’t fold correctly
Product looks nice but both sleeves I purchased don’t work as they should be. The short flap folds okay but the long flap unfortunately doesn’t fold correctly so there is no restplace for the pols… the magnet doesn’t seem strong enough to keep it into place.. I paid way too much for non functional items…. I expected high end products for more than €100 for 2 sleeves.

Thank you so much for your feedback. I’m really sorry to hear that the sleeves aren't elevating your laptop as expected.
The good news is: probably it’s usually just a small setup detail. The triangle stand must be folded forward (towards you), not backward. If it’s folded the wrong way, the magnets can’t catch properly, which makes it feel like the case isn’t holding up.
If you mean the long flap for the wrist support: its good to give the edges a good bend when its a new one because it has never been in this position before, as soon this is done the magnet latches on perfectly! I have created a Youtube Video for it to explain it better and show how I do it when I unpack a new Sleeve:

Would you mind giving it another try with the correct fold? It should hold firmly once set up this way. If it still doesn’t work or feels unstable, please let us know. We’re here to help and we’ll find a solution for you. 💛

The sleeve exceeded my expectations
The sleeve exceeded my expectations. The red colour is marvellous and been getting so many compliments within 2 weeks of using. Also I’ve noticed less tension in my neck which is the main reason for buying.
Really recommend it. The cable organiser pouch is also very useful and came in as a surprise.

I love this product
I love this product! The sleeve is lightweight and looks beautiful, the quality is terrific. The angle is perfect - my wrists haven’t bothered me since I started using this. Amazing. The sleeve is flexible, so it does on work on a hard surface but I’m experimenting with packing a lightweight piece of plastic or board to make it more of a portable desk. Love this product and I’m SO glad I bought it. :)

Die Smart Sleeves sind super und sofort in Gebrauch.
Ich hatte im Angebot drei bestellt und dachte mir, für einen werde ich schon noch jemanden finden. Übrig ist mir die Laptop Version geblieben. Die beiden iPad Exemplare nutzen mein Mann und mein Sohn. Die total begeistert sind.
Mein Sohn nutzt sein Smart Sleeve in der Schule und schwärmt von angenehmen arbeiten. Kaum noch Rückbeschwerden und die Handgelenke tun gar nicht mehr weh.
Mir geht es auch so. Hab meinen Smart Sleeve überall dabei. Mein Laptop ist hat eine schöne Hülle und zum Arbeiten wird gefaltet. ;-) Super easy.
Ein großartiges Produkt!! Ich wünsche der Gründerin viel Erfolg und kann einen Kauf nur empfehlen. We love it!!
