An excellent coffee machine - I purchased during the sale, which made it even better value for money; I would be happy to pay full price for it.

Makes great coffee. Easy to use and clean. I had a good discount and would highly recommend Melitta.

Bought direct from Melitta to replace an older (Melitta) model. It produces great tasting coffee and the thermos keeps the brew hot for at least a couple of hous without the need for a hotplate. The timer function works well, but haven't tried the descaling calculator yet! The whole unit has a quality feel about it, with a reasonably small footprint for the kitchen worksurface. One note - you really need to keep the coffee maker permanently connected to the mains, otherwise you will need to reset the in-built clock each time you can use it. Not an issue as the clock display is small, dimmable, and uses virtually no electricity!

Love that the pot is stainless steel as the previous model was glass and ended up cracking not long after purchase

Makes lovely hot coffee and we like the fact that it’s energy saving since it has a thermal pourer so no hot plate on for long.

This was to replace an old model which had given good service. However developed an intermittent leak.

Excellent product and coffee machine. A bit of extra money buys brilliance. And I got it half price. It's sleek. And the coffee tastes delicious. Thank you very much indeed for such a wonderful deal.

Another good quality machine from Melitta. The Therm jug keeps the coffee hot and does not require a hotplate, and so saves electricity. The anti-calc feature tells you when you need to decalcify the machine, which is easily done with Melitta anti-calc tablets dissolved in 500ml of water using the 30 minute decalc procedure that is a simple press of a button. An excellent product.

Looks good. Sturdy. Straightforward and easy to use. The aroma filter does seem to enhance the flavour.

Really well made filter coffee machine. Easy to use and functions well. Anniversary offer makes it a real bargain

Perfect coffee every time. Also easy to fill with the detachable water container, and makes it possible to (hand)wash the water container.

Fantastic filter coffee machine!

Very happy with it

This is our second Look V. The detachable water container is a great improvement. The old one is still working after many years of daily use. Highly recommend.

This is the second Look V Therm machine we have had, the first one lasted about six years before it gave up and stopped, hence we purchased a replacement of the same machine as it is very reliable and easy to use.

I haven't used the clock function yet but the machine is easy to use and makes excellent coffee. The thermal jug keeps the coffee hot longer than a hot plate, which shuts off after 1/2 an hour, and saves energy.

This is replacing a Melitta filter machine from about the 1980s. So far very pleased and if it lasts as long as the last one it will be just perfect!

Ordered directly from Melitta on a Sunday. Free postage. Arrived next day. Much cheaper than through Amazon. Recommend this machine. Great value and nice coffee ready when you wake up
