The delivery was very swift
The delivery was very swift. My order arrived the next day. Excellent service. This is the first time have tried Manuka honey. Its very delicious it has helped me with my cough and throat. I put one teaspoon of this in my tea and its taste so nice I don't need to use sugar anymore. Wil definitely order more it helps my kids too I just add it to their milk.

Delivery from Melora is excellent and what can I say about the Melora Moisturiser that's not been said before by myself, Excellent product for a 68 year old. It has a lovely smell, aborbs quickly, keeps my face hydrated morning and night. I use this as a night cream as well as using in the morning. Thank you Melora

Review of Recent purchase of Manuka honey 300plus, 500gr
Would have given 5 stars for ease of ordering, prompt delivery and a very reasonable price, this time on offer. However, as this was my first purchase of Manuka honey from Melora, I am not sure about the product as previosly purchased from other sellers such as Rowse, Manuka Doctor, Egmont etc to name the few, and it would appear that the consistency and taste varies considerably so am still trying to get used to this one. One can only hope that purchasing from reputable sellers one is getting a genuine product!

MISSING PARCEL
Parcel of three jars of honey was not delivered to my address. Courier company DPD tracking showed a photo of a parcel apparantly in my safe place but was not at my house or a house that I recognised. Melora have not been at all helpful, in fact I have completely lost confidence in ordering from them in the future as all they could say was the parcel was left in my safe place. Ironically I was actually at home at the time of the delivery, (exept it was not delivered to my address).

Hello, we have delivered numerous parcels for you to the same address, your dpd delivery instructions were set to leave by Goods to be left at By gate behind recycling bin. Of which DPD have sent us system prints, we do want to progress this with DPD, if you can send a copy of your instructions which they would have confirmed by text or email and then we will progress this. We are so sorry, we are trying to resolve this.
