It’s my third order from Melori. They have the best deal on a product I love (Caudalie Resveratrol) and the shipping has been fast and reliable. This last time, there was an issue with my local post office delivering my package. I reached out to Melori support and they were amazing! Quick to respond, detailed in their instructions and nice. I got my package just a few hours later. Thank you, very much! Definitely a loyal customer here!

I’m very disappointed with this company’s customer service. It has already been three weeks and my order still hasn’t been delivered.
I contacted the company to find out what was happening with my package. They responded once and provided a UPS tracking number, but that number does not exist in the UPS system — there is no such package.
After that I emailed the company several more times to clarify the situation, but I never received any response. My emails are ignored and there has been absolutely no communication. I’m very frustrated because I have to try to figure out what is happening with my package on my own. I was really waiting for this cream because I needed it.
It’s very disappointing that the company let me down, so I would not recommend ordering products from this website.

Would give zero stars if I could. I ordered products that never arrived and got no response from "support." My only recourse was to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge.

I had a terrible experience ordering from Melori. Received a skin care product from Italy that was clearly previously opened and not in good condition.
When I sought help from customer support, I received NO response after trying multiple times.
Very disappointed.

After posting this review on BBB, the Melori customer service department (completely unreachable by me prior to now), has refunded my purchase.

Shredded paper cushioning not protective enough. Recommend heavier boxes, taping, and wrapping of glass bottles to avoid breakage.

**Update**
I have not received the refund the company supposedly processed. It has been 3 weeks and credit card companies do not take that long to post a credit to one's account. An email was sent to Melori's customer service and they wrote that the refund was processed and to call my bank. Why are other companies able to process refunds without an issue?
I will not be ordering from this company again.

I ordered 2 bottles of conditioner. One of the bottles was damaged. I contacted Melori and they are issuing a refund for the damaged bottle.
In my opinion it took took long from when I placed my order until I received my products. I also did not receive a notification that the items had shipped.
This was my first experience ordering from Melori. Their customer service response was good. I may order one more time from them and see how that goes.

I paid for 2 products and received only one and there is no way to get a refund. Again, be very careful when ordering. Others carry the same products so there is no real need to shop at Melori for anything. Very disappointed.
