Broken pieces
I ordered 2 pairs of earrings that broke after one use. After reviewing the product, I got contacted by the founder and she offered to give me a replacement piece which unfortunately also broke on arrival.

Even when you emailed us, we were surprised as these are our bestseller products and have never had any complaints on them before. We therefore called you and offered a refund/exchange for anything else even without any proof of images as we really didn’t want to leave you with a bad taste. We are indeed amazed that so many products that you received broke after 1 wear which hasn’t happened with any of our other customers. If there is anything we can do to make you feel better, we will be happy to do it, so please drop us a line and let us know.
My experience started at Hampton Court…
My experience started at Hampton Court Festive Fayre. I was walking around and I saw the most beautiful necklace with a Baroque Pearl. Of course I bought it, I’ve had so many compliments and of course I asked if Melrosie was on line. Since then I have bought some Christmas presents. The jewellery pieces are unique also I love the Asian Twist.

Love the jewellery options
I love the designs of Melrosia, very unique and chic. I also had a very good experience with Parneet. Although she couldn’t deliver one of the products I had ordered due to so e defects, she was proactive in informing me and provided many other options.
I will definitely buy more stuff from Melrosia

Great service and love the jewellery! It’s so pretty and unique! Parineeta is extremely helpful and friendly. She helped with all of my queries regarding the jewellery and also notified me of when items were back in stock. I like how the items are versatile and would go well with ethnic or western wear.

My code didn't work so I DM'ed the…
My code didn't work so I DM'ed the insta page and got a new code almost straightaway which worked. Delivery was fast and efficient. Yesterday we gave the earrings to my friend for her birthday and she loved them! Definitely going to buy from The Jewel Jar again!

I ordered a delicate silver twig choker style necklace and it's really pretty. It came promptly, as per my other purchase, in lovely packaging and I'm over the moon with it. Unusual jewellery at a very reasonable price.
