Premessa: la maglia che ho vinto all'asta è davvero bella e rara e sono soddisfatto dell'acquisto.
Ho tuttavia un paio di "pecche" da segnalare:
1) Se la maglia è stata esposta in un quadro o appesa con delle puntine (come in questo caso) andrebbe segnalato. Le foto rese disponibili nell'annuncio dell'asta non mostravano i due buchini dovuti alle puntine all'altezza delle spalle presenti sulla maglia.
2) GLS come vettore per la consegna non é il massimo. Sono riusciti a non effettuare una consegna con data programmata e mi hanno consegnato la maglia solo dopo contatto con il loro Customer service.
Ció detto, acquisterei ancora, chiedo solo una cosa banale, segnalare tutti i difetti dei cimeli.

prima di tutto grazie per essersi aggiudicato un'asta su Memorabid ma soprattutto grazie per aver dedicato parte del suo tempo a queste osservazioni puntuali volte a una critica estremamente costruttiva. La apprezziamo davvero molto in quanto tale.
Ho condiviso con tutto il team di Memorabid le sue parole, in modo tale da approfondire la questione.

Normalmente, quando una maglia presenta i segni del tempo (nello specifico parliamo di un cimelio antico di 36 anni, essendo una maglia della stagione 89/90), il nostro team fotografa ogni segno di usura e lo presenta nella gallery dell'asta.
Elencare nella descrizione ogni singolo segno sarebbe prolisso e probabilmente dispersivo, preferiamo mostrare da vicino ogni dettaglio, in modo tale che l'utente abbia perfetta contezza dello stato conservativo del cimelio.
Tra le foto in gallery è mostrata anche la spallina, dove si intravede quella che effettivamente, guardando con cura, potrebbe intendersi come il segno di una puntina precedentemente apposta per una conservazione in teca.
Concordiamo con lei, in questo caso sarebbe stato ancor più chiaro e immediato specificarlo nella descrizione dell'asta, seppur fotografato.
Con tutta probabilità chi ha redatto la descrizione non lo ha riconosciuto quale segno peculiare di una puntina, ma l'ha interpretato come segno di usura dovuto al tempo, esattamente come gli altri.
Per quanto riguarda GLS: è il nostro vettore per le spedizioni nazionali ed europee dalla nostra costituzione.
Da quanto abbiamo potuto apprezzare in questi anni la nostra opinione è che il servizio che GLS offre sia davvero ottimo, a fronte di un costo assolutamente proporzionato e sostenibile, che permette a nostra volta di applicare costi di spedizione veramente contenuti su Italia ed Europa, con consegne precise e puntuali.
Anche in questo caso però approfondiremo la specificità della sua segnalazione, chiederemo lumi al nostro referente commerciale in GLS per fare luce su cosa possa essere andato storto.
Raccogliamo con ottimismo ogni sua osservazione, ne faremo tesoro, e ne trarremo spunto per poter migliorare ulteriormente il servizio offerto.
