Menclobber Avis 17

My Credit Card company protected me from ordering anything from menclobber.co. My card kept getting declined in the order process. So I called my credit card company. They informed me that they blacklisted menclobber, as so many of the credit card holders had been complaining about this company for many different reasons, that in order to protect their card holders, they decoded to blacklist on their software menclobber.co so that no charges could be put on the card.

I ordered a passport holder april 4 and paid extra for delivery and almost a month has passed and I haven't got anything yet. Does not have a phone number and can get in touch with them. I would not recommend to buy anything from this place.

Terrible quality sweatshirt. Warning, warning, don't waste your time or money! Took forever to get the sad little item in the mail.

Took a month to get here and I paid for expedited shipping. And when my hoodie finally gets here it’s crap material and on top of that I ordered an xxl, the tag say xxl but fits like a medium to large. Complete rubbish.

Item very poor quality, didn't fit & smelled like dog poo! Great difficulty trying to arrange return, finally advised to return item to China at great $$$. DO NOT DO BUSINESS W THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY, MAKE YOU JUMP THROUGH MANY HOOPS F RETURN AUTHORIZATION WHICH ULTIMATELY COSTS MORE THAN THE ITEM. THEY ARE BAAAAD!!!

Horrible. Item I ordered was not what I received. Trashy material and pattern!

My order is GARBAGE! They won’t give me a return code, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. IT LOOKS LIKE THEY SOWED A POTATO SACK TOGETHER!

I ordered a t-shirt over a month ago. I contacted their customer service via email, and haven't received any feedback.

The shipping status has not been updated since then.

Don't trust this company.

These guys rip you off 20$ for a 5$ shirt, instead of using that rubbery texture for the prints on shirts they use like a plastic bag texture the colors and designs dont even come out clear honesly can find better shirts at a flea market.. embarrassed to even put them on, my order also took almost a month to ship.

What a bunch of con artists they are !!!

So we bought two Retro lining shirts at $45 each in May 2024, Order nr: 00024727, looks great and good quality (as per their catalogue).
The shirts that was delivered is cheap, the wrong colour, stitching sucks, doesn't even fit, wrong size !!
It doesn't even look similar to the catalogue.
Contacted them and requested this issue be adressed.
They offered me a 5%refund and said we should keep this product....
We cannot and wont even wear this crap to start off with.
They knowingly did not fullfill the contract and send a cheap knock off product.
They go to a lot of trouble with their websites etc, only to fraudulantly steal unknowing customers money !!!
Going by a lot of reviews with similar experiences I can only come to one conclusion...they do this well knowing and they just dont care !

Stay away from these con artists !!!
They are thieves !
They gonna steal your money !

Im gonna make sure they lose more money than we did.

Stay far away from this site! Scam site for sure! They keep saying my order has shipped but it has been at the same place since the beginning of the month. I'm going to dispute the charges.

Cheat and scammer. I ordered a cable knit 2xl mint green sweater. The tracking number showed that it wasn't picked up so I stopped payment. Only then was something sent.
It wasn't even close to what I ordered. Lime green not cable knit and way small. They proved something was sen and my cc company paid them. Save your money very much just scamming.

The item that was shipped was a cheap knockoff of the product displayed on the website, and it took several emails and PayPal's intervention to secure a full refund. Menclobber's ploy is to offer you a % off to keep the inferior product. Buyers Beware...

I ordered a men's cardigan.

It is absolute crap. The construction is bad. The fabric is not cotton as advertised. The color is wrong. It took a month to even receive it. I recommend you avoid this company. There are better garments out there for a similar cost.

Edit to say that is shrank A LOT in after one wash. I'm completely done with this terrible company.

The men's cardigan I ordered for me husband SKU:HCO459-BLACK-L It is gorgeous on him. True to size handsomely constructed. Your company photos and size chart help me to order the correct size and not have to return the item 😉

I received the product but the manufacturing of it was very poor. I ordered a sweater, and the fit was ridiculous. The arms of the sweater were cut so long and wide they may as well have been pant legs.
Company does not accept returns at all. They offered me 5% back, and I am stuck with junk.

i had some problems with the address on my shipment. this company has responded to all my inquiries and kept me up to date on the progress.they have tried at every level to help. seems the problem may be my post office. i did receive 1 of the items and it is of good quality . it was a gift and recipient is pleased with it. i would not hesitiate to order again as they seem to a most reputable comany that tries to please its customers. and be most helpful. i was treated with courtesy and respect. first time i ordered from them, but am most pleased.
