Expensive! No benefits noticed after 2 weeks but so disappoibted the dose of 2 of these only provides 50% the daily recommended amount of magnesium.

Brought for wife to help with her fibromyalgia symptoms.

Since taking Mend for a month her sleep, migraines, aching limbs have all improved. Even better her allergies have also improved slightly.

Looking forward to month two.

I was open minded about using this, since I have taken magnesium tablets before with no real benefits. However, I certainly have noticed a change after a couple of weeks of Mend magnesium capsules. Key points: less muscle ‘ache’, increased energy levels, less brain fog. I have Ehlers-Danlos syndrome as well as fibromyalgia, so even small benefits in health are very welcome. Would certainly recommend others try this.

Great supplements seem to be helping with sleeping & fatigue

This magnesium is much gentler on the stomach and is definitely helping me to sleep better.

I've tried Magnesium supplements before but they upset my stomach. I've had no side effects from these. I have definitely been sleeping better and have more energy. Would definitely recommend these.

I was sceptical about these working but I just had to try them as over many years I’ve tried everything and nothing has ever helped me but these are excellent I started slow for a week 1 caplet then increased them to two a day as soon as I took two I could feel the difference , as soon as my body got used to the Ketotifen I couldn’t sleep properly again but sleep has improved with these I’m sleeping again taking the Magnesium 5in1 you’ve had a brilliant idea, I have had no side affects , finally a Dr that listens to us , it’s also helped with the pain that has been over the years unbearable at times but it’s definitely improved, it’s still early days but the brain fog I’ve suffered also many years has improved and my energy I feel more alive instead of exhausted and existing , thank you so much for all your help over the last 8 months you are a brilliant man just what us MCAS people need, now awaiting my Septembers subscription , I can’t praise your help enough.

i love these pure and well researched magnesium tablets. Easy to take and no side effects. So far no cramps whilst taking them but sleep still not great. Great fast delivery. No complaints. Interested to see how others get on. Thank you Dr A

Good dispatch time ,I have used other magnesium tablets these ones are smaller and easier to swallow which is a great bonus for me,

I have scored one as the tablets triggered a bout of gastroenteritis and the doctor told me to come off them, but I have tried to contact them several times and it sends the email back days later, so I emailed Dr a and still nothing to sort a refund, very disappointed

Have been a member on Dr Ahmeds platform from Day 1 and heard all about these Magnesium supplements he was creating. They are not a miracle cure but a helpful aid particularly to anyone with a Chronic illness. I have had no side effects and will continue to take them.

Haven’t tried them yet but with what I know from DrA & all his knowledge & 3rd party tested & said how he’s made them easier on stomachs & systems that don’t tolerate all supplements & medications!! I will be taking them & hope to find benefits from the subtle ingredients soon
