Pathetic quality products and return option is not working in the portal

I am going to report you to the police . I have ordered three pants from your site after seeing the reels on Instagram as it seemed pretty good . After ordering i once thought of checking if your site is trustworthy or not and the reviews are already present here . So i decided to cancel the order within 5 mins . I did cancel but the refund has not been done till now i have mailed you around 5-6 times but only received a short reply saying we dont have refund policy ,really? But your guideline say otherwise , there is no way to directly contact your support team other than the ignorant mail systems of yours . My order id is 93380 . I need a complete review of what and why all these things happened with me within 1 day . I need your manager to contact me about my refund or give me the exact pants you showed in the reels as i have payed the outstanding amount already through upi

Don't buy. They charge additional for exchange or return.
Their product fit is non-standard, so you end up in return or exchange and you need to pay for it.

This company is hopeless i will never ever buy any product from this company. Theire emoloyees are very very unprofessional. I orderd 3 pant of 42 inch waist size out of that i got 1 pant of 40 size and 2 pants of 47 inch when i exchaned one pant once again they have sent me 44 size with same light gray colour which i already had bought from the same menlike. Dont trust instagram page the materials is worst i can not even use in my dusting . So dont buy any thing from this company or else you will be cheated for sure

Absolutely terrible and misleading brand.
The product delivered is NOTHING like what they advertise on Instagram. Wrong length, horrible cheap material — completely opposite to the silky, stretchable fabric shown in their videos. This feels like pure bait-and-switch marketing.
Quality is shockingly poor, and the “no refund” policy clearly shows they know customers will want to return their low-grade products.

One of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I should have checked the reviews first — learn from my mistake.

Every time I order they send me the wrong size I have ordered close to 6 pants and all are wrong size it takes extra cost for me to alter them ,very careless and what's shown in your advertisement it's not the same design there is no back pocket button I all the six pants I have received. give me an explanation for this.

fraud hai . ORDER 38 SIZE THEY SEND 30 SIZE AND NO EXCHANGE AVAILABLE. TRY DYA AND DAY AND DAY. NO EMAIL REPLY. NO ISSUE SOLVE.

I had ordered a pant size 40 and recd. Size 36. They shared a link which doesn't work. I sent a mail to them informing the issue and also shared the screenshot. They give 48 hours for exchange and two whole day I spend on the shared link. They aren't reverting back on my emails. They are cheaters and wouldn't recommend anybody to buy from them ever. I have put their complain with the consumer court and I would suggest all who have been cheated should complain and shut them from social media.

Despite several emails sent for Exchange right from the moment we received the product. No help was given and no Exchange done. The website for Exchange does not work properly. I have spent 2 days trying to put in a request for Exchange thru' the website but of no avail. No Customer Support extended.

They sent me wrong size pant and have not exchanged. They don't have a proper contact mechanism or return procedure. Material also of below average quality. They have disabled their comments section on Instagram to avoid unsatisfied customers like us from commenting. Don't buy anything from here. It will be a waste of money.

Beware before buy. Return is not allowed and exchange policy is completly anti customer. They put condition of 48 hours for exchage but did not care to respond before 48 hours and then will say exchage is not allowed. Better to purchase from known trusted site where return is very easy

After seeing ads of MENLIKE products, I placed an order for Men 62914 Z black / 40, received it through Blue Dart Courier, and found the pant size is smaller & the quality is not good. So I requested a return & refund. No response. BE CAREFUL.

Worst customer service. They have taken return but still they didn’t refund it. For few days I got some reply and now they not even responding back. Don’t buy anything from this traders.

Crappy material...feels more like cotton and full of wrinkles. Better to pay Rs.600/- more and buy from Pantproject which is of superior material and fit. This is a bogus company and you cannot even write a review on their website. All the reviews appearing on their website appears to be fake. Pls avoid buying this product.
