We are a team of Menopause Specialist Doctors passionate about providing evidence based, holistic perimenopause, PMS, weight management and menopause care. We see patients via both online appointments and we have a face to face in clinic in London locations, plus Sheffield, Glasgow, Colchester, Wilmslow . Our doctors are British Menopause Society registered. In addition to their expertise in treating menopause. In addition they have special interest in Histamine, POI, PMS, PMDD, Anxiety, Migraine, Breast cancer, Thyroid disease, nutrition, lifestyle, weight loss including GLP1 medication (Mounjaro, Wegovy Ozempic) all in relation to hormone changes. We use body identical hormone therapy as recommended as gold standard therapy by the British Menopause Society. We are CQC registered so you can be reassured we are practicing according to guidelines for safety and efficacy. You can be seen in the comfort of your own home without the need for a referral. After your consultation you can expect a prescription to be couriered to you at home and we then provide ongoing care as much as you require. We also offer allied serviced in the form of a dietitian, nutritionist CBT , hypnotherapy and sleep therapy. Finally a doctor who listened
Finally a doctor who listened, validated and even diagnosed other issues I'd been having for years. Not rushed, not trying to get extra money. If you're considering using Menopause Care I would definitely recommend them. I even emailed a couple of weeks later because I was struggling and the Doctor replied to my email while she was on Holiday. A breath of fresh air.

Honestly - make the appointment
If you’re debating whether to book a consultation please don’t wait. I had a really great first consultation, I was listened to, supported and had a discussion about the wide range of options available along with the pros and cons of each option. I left the consultation feeling optimistic and positive about my journey and confident that I would be supported through the ups and downs of menopause. What a great team!

Absolutely wonderful efficient service for the first time I felt heard totally listened to which as a menopausal woman it’s been a long journey Dr HF was kind and caring and extremely helpful as all communication has been just an exceptional service they provide I literally can not recommend them enough

Excellent care…restored my confidence!
I started using Menopause Care back in March when I’d lost confidence in the previous private clinic I had been using. From my first interactions with the team I could immediately tell the difference in the level of care and general interest & support in them wanting to be of help and assist. I’ve had two consultations now with Dr Kate Lethaby and have felt very appreciative of the help and guidance received. I have felt really listened too and had my confidence reinstated that I will find a route to feeling well again and gaining the right balance of treatment to get my hormones in a good place! I highly recommend anyone out there that is struggling to get their Menopause into a manageable state to contact Menopause Care!

Menopause Care
After 6 years of trying to see doctors to help relieve my peri / menopause symptoms on the NHS and having a tough time I finally feel like I am getting the correct treatment. I am one month in to my new HRT regime and already feel a lot better now I am receiving individualised care.

Best Menopause Service
After struggling for years being misunderstood by incompetent GPs, I was advised to reach out for help by a colleague who was already a patient. Being finally listened to and understood is literally life changing for someone who’s struggling with peri and/or menopause. The online appointment booking is easy, the doctors show empathy and provide valuable advice. The blood tests and prescription service are easy. It comes at a cost but it’s definitely worth it.

A fantastic service
A fantastic service. Very efficient no long waiting times, practical and helpful individual tailored advice re menopausal and other health issues. I had an online video consultation which worked well. It was so convenient, from my own home. I was treated with understanding, respect and dignity and came away with new HRT treatment and useful advice which was well worth the consultation fee. It fixed my symptoms and returned my sense of well being. Highly satisfied.

If you want to be heard and not rushed…
If you want to be heard and not rushed when talking about things of such a sensitive nature then menopause care are the right team for you.
From the start everyone has been really helpful and given me all the support I could want. Unlike the GP who has very limited time you don't feel rushed which makes the consultation so much easier and you feel more relaxed or at least i will do on the next appointment.
I highly recommend the company and Kari is warm, kind, caring and friendly as well as being very knowledgeable and helpful. I was spoken to like I matter and my symptoms were taken seriously which in the world we live in that is difficult! If you're in doubt as to whether it's worth it I can confirm you are worth it and they will help you to see that.
