We see patients via both online appointments and we have a face to face in clinic in London locations, plus Sheffield, Glasgow, Colchester, Wilmslow . Our doctors are British Menopause Society registered. In addition to their expertise in treating menopause. In addition they have special interest in Histamine, POI, PMS, PMDD, Anxiety, Migraine, Breast cancer, Thyroid disease, nutrition, lifestyle, weight loss including GLP1 medication (Mounjaro, Wegovy Ozempic) all in relation to hormone changes. We use body identical hormone therapy as recommended as gold standard therapy by the British Menopause Society. We are CQC registered so you can be reassured we are practicing according to guidelines for safety and efficacy. You can be seen in the comfort of your own home without the need for a referral. After your consultation you can expect a prescription to be couriered to you at home and we then provide ongoing care as much as you require. I made an app with Dr oldroyd. The relief of talking to a doctor who not only understood me but also had empathy was amazing. I am 1 month into my new meds and I am already feeling much better.

A Life-Changing Appointment
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Amy Lewis. She was incredibly compassionate, patient, and understanding, and she truly took the time to listen to me. She clearly explained what I’m experiencing and reassured me that my symptoms are normal and that I hadn't lost the plot and gone bonkers!
Dr. Amy Lewis also provided a thorough explanation of what HRT is, how it works, and the different options available. She outlined the approach she felt would be best for me personally and recommended what we should try first.
I left the appointment feeling informed, supported, and hopeful about getting back to feeling like myself again. I’m very grateful for her care.

The best care I could wish for
The best thing I ever did was to book an appointment with menopause care, since then I feel heard, all my menopause symptoms are understood and dealt with. I am Very grateful to Dr Nicola Stewart and all the team for all the care and for making me feel like myself again. If you think you might be in perimenopause you probably are so don’t hesitate and book an appointment. Perimenopause begins earlier than you might think and you are not “depressed “ or “emotional” your hormones are all over the place and need replacing and sadly our GP’s don’t have enough training or time to deal with us.

Brilliant service worth every penny
Brilliant service and honestly worth every penny after some tweaks to my spending I made space for it… I’m 100% worth it! . Both Doctors iv seen have been super knowledgeable and very understanding with the frustrations. Totally changed up my HRT after it seemed to stop working. I’m now much happier and at a level that’s working form me again.

Wouldn't return.
My appointment was brilliant, however customer service is abysmal.
I had issues previously trying to get blood tests results, this took several emails and frustrating 'we don't know' phone calls. It turned out that some had actually been missed.
One mistake is fair enough, but I am now trying to contact about payments being deducted, a simple query. After my last waste of time making several phone calls, I thought I would WhatsApp as advised on the website. Over a week later, 2 WhatsApp, 2 emails, not a sniff of a response.
I would not use the service again.

First of all I wanted to thank Jane…
First of all I wanted to thank Jane James for the amazing work she is doing, during my discovery call she was supportive and listened with no judgement and still showed a gentle element of humour which was much needed. My call with Dr Molly Anderson was again so informative and she explained everything clearly. For someone who has battled for 3 years seeing 2 different private Dr’s I was not sure what to expect. I would totally recommend the service to all women even at the start of your perimenopause journey right through to menopause. Don’t suffer in silence.

I wish Jane lived around the corner from me so we could be friends. I don’t know what I would have done without her knowledge, guidance, shared experience, honesty and kindness. It’s not a pretty time of life for a lot us, and Jane provides such reassurance when you really need it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend using this service. It’s worth every penny.
