Meoky Avis 

I ordered the new Meoky 700 ml water bottle and a lunch bag. After reading some of the horrendous reviews on here, I was actually disappointed with myself for ordering this product! However, when it arrived I could not believe the quality! The water bottle looks fantastic. It even has a non slip bottom! It keeps my fizzy water cold and fizzy all day on the lunch bag is also unbelievably good. It has a pocket in the top that you can zip in and an ice Cool pack if you want to. I've had all different brands of water bottles over the years and this by far looks and performs the best! Don't believe the bad reviews you read on here. I'm not sure what's happened in the past. Maybe they did have delivery issues as they do come from China but the actual products are fantastic. My order arrived within 7 days as quoted. It was well packaged and was exactly what I'd ordered.

Ordered the bow patterned bottle for my daughter's birthday at £25. After only 2 weeks use and hand washing the bows have started to come off. Contacted Meoky who have been really unhelpful! They have said that the design is not covered by their warranty. After many messages they eventually offered a discount off another bottle which I refused as I wanted a non patterned replacement, but only if I deleted my negative review! I refused so they refused to do anything!

My handle broke on my Meoky 40oz tumbler and now they aren’t sticking to their warranty!!!! Crappy company!!!! Would NEVER buy from them again!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!

This company really wants to look at it's self, I was bought a drinks bottle as a present, after 5 days the straw top broke , I complained to the company and I even offered to buy a new one of them only to be told if I didn't give them the sales number they couldn't do anything about it. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, THEY HAVE A BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

For the most part I like the products that I purchased from them but I received a tumbler that was dented. I own and have purchased few. At least 8 for me and family. The coffee mugs at good until they start to peel and it is a fight to get it replaced. And the replacement started to peel too. But I think it may only be that color. The purple and red one had no problem. Just the green.

Sent the wrong item, no replies via customer service. Absolutely shocking. Paid for uk Warehouse... got sent from China!

Received my order and the bottom part of the cup handle was not connected correctly so completely unusable.
Emailed customer support on receipt of the faulty product and no answer back as to whether I could have a refund or replacement. I would avoid this company

Do not use, ordered a tumbler, payment page reloaded so stupidly did again, said same thing error payment. Checked back account and took two payments from me emailed company as had no evidence of order number. No response. So will have to sort though bank. Scams!

Absolutely the worst customer service. Ordered 3 cups received 1, sent multiple emails over 2 weeks not received a single reply. £50 lost!

Do not order. My drink has exploded everywhere out of the cup. Waste of money.

Purchased a cup for my daughter and it broke within 2 months, injuring my daughters hand. I've emailed multiple times to get the matter resolved but have been ignored.

I have Three cups, so pretty, great quality and good pricing.

2nd review: I ordered SIX cups on 1/2/25. Meoky had ZERO issues deducting the money from my account. However as of 1/18/25 I have ONE cup out of the SIX that I ordered. Where’s the rest of the order?? I’ve emailed several times just today to support email address inquiring about my order. No response, nothing. When I initially reviewed this so called company, I received an email on 1/13/25 stating that there’s been an update to my “order’s logistics settings.” On 1/14/25, ONE cup out of the SIX ordered had arrived. I was given a tracking number that essentially doesn’t work and a foreign tracking system is used! So the average customer has no real clue where their package is. The tracking system isn’t like UPS, FedEx, or even the slow United States postal mail tracking system! It’s disgusting, beyond unprofessional and I’m calling my bank to rescind this payment. I have no order and don’t know where in the world it is. NEVER, NEVER ORDER FROM MEOKY PERIOD! You’ll regret it.

I just received my custom tumbler from Meoky, and I couldn’t be more thrilled! The quality is incredible — it feels sturdy, and the design is so vibrant and detailed. The photo I uploaded looks exactly like what I saw on the website, and it was printed beautifully.

I was a little worried about how the design would turn out, but it exceeded my expectations! The personalization is so unique, and it feels like a one-of-a-kind piece just for me. The tumbler also keeps my drinks at the perfect temperature for hours, which is a huge plus.

I can’t wait to show it off to my friends and family. Meoky really nailed it with the quality and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be ordering more in the future!

I ordered the black skull cup and it was supposed to come with a straw topper. I didn't get one. I emailed them and got no answer. I emailed again and was told they were on vacation. Emailed again and no answer.

I ordered three 40 oz tumblers. One was customized. Two arrived in a package only large enough for the two tumblers. The custom cup still has not arrived. Customer service will not reply to my emails. I am still missing a cup. Filed a dispute with my bank today due to their failure of even somewhat adequate customer service. I had an order with over $200 worth of items for Christmas gifts, deleted that order. Will not purchase with them again.

Writing this so hopefully others don’t have to deal with the same. I do not ever recommend ordering anything from Meoky. My daughter ordered the black skull tumbler from them directly from their website for the 2024 Halloween release as a gift for me. However, her roommate ordered one from the TikTok shop and it arrived before the one ordered through Meoky.On September 19th my daughter reached out to Meoky customer service to request a return shipping label and advised that the product was in the original packaging never opened. We never received a response so she reached out again and was told that they were on vacation all week and it would be handled when they got home on October 7th. All of the information that Meoky requires for refund requests were included in the emails, pictures of the unopened package, order number, screenshots of the order and the multiple emails sent. So basically she is out over $40 in tumblers and got no support or answers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE PURCHASE FROM MEOKY. I DO NOT SUPPORT COMPANIES THAT FLAT OUT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS

I bought a Meoky Cup from Tik token shop. And am absolutely impressed with it as I have replaced my Stanley cup with my Meoky.

Customer service has also been amazing. From Facebook giving me all the details I need to submit within 24hrs my queries been answered.

Entire Family has one and loving it

I bought a cup from Meoky and within a few weeks the coating started peeling off. I contacted customer service and provided pictures. Customer service got back to me and asked for further information which I have provided over a week ago and have not heard back since. Very disappointing as I bought several cups on different occasions and all good quality apart from the one and now I feel like I am getting ignored when their product is clearly faulty!!!

I placed an order on May 14th. It's been almost two weeks and my order is still in the processing phase. I reached out to the support email 2 days ago and they said they reply within 48 hours and I haven't received a thing. I reached out again, so we'll see. I received a meoky cup for mothers day and wanted to reciprocate for my husband for father's day. So I'm not sure if it's legit or not
