Amazing costumer service. The best cat sitter we have ever had and one very happy cat!

Not only did Nancy take excellent care of our animals, but she also picked up our mail and watered my flowers! When I wanted an update, she responded right away and I felt totally comfortable leaving my animals in her care. She even sent me pictures. I would highly recommend her and Meowtel was easy to use.

It was very easy for me to make a reservatuin for a cat sitter. Kaitlyn, the cat sitter, contacted me and we scheduled a face to face meetup. She came over and met me and my cat bella.

When I went on my trip, I left her instructions. She came four times and each time she sent me photos and let me know how my cat was doing.

I got to go on my trip and have peace of mind that my cat was being well taken care of.

I will definitely use meowtel again in the future.

Our cat sitter Erika is reliable, thoughtful, and takes such kind care of our two treasured (and kind of high maintenance) cats. This was our second arrangement with her and we plan to continue with Erika if she is available.

Barbara is very reliable. She follows instructions to the letter. She makes sure the litter boxes are clean and the cats are fed. They love her.

meowtel connected me with katrina, who took care of the cat well for the time I was gone. relatively easy for me to figure things out and customer service was helpful.

They made it easy to feel confident when we were offered to do a meet and greet first before our sitter even accepted the booking. We notice a difference when we use the car sitter that our cats aren’t as anxious when we come home from trips.

My pet caretaker did everything as I asked. Every day they sent at least 1 picture and a review of how things went and how my pet was doing, so I felt secure. During the meet and greet, they asked caretaking questions and took notes, so I felt they were going to do well with guidelines they could refer back to. Also, it was a first time meeting between them and my pet. I could tell from the subsequent pictures in each daily contact while I was away that my pet felt increasingly comfortable. Truly professional care.

We had an excellent experience with Amy. She watched for our baby Aria with lots of care and attention. She’s definitely a person I would recommend and use again. She’s trust and humble.

This was the first time I have used Meowtel and it will not be our last. We loved our Pet Sitter. We have had sitters in the past, but never have my kitties warmed up to someone so fast. The communication was flawless and pictures that showed happy kitties made our vacation so much more relaxing.

Meowtel is a first class cat sitting experience. I have used them many times and have never been disappointed. This most recent experience though was the best I've ever had. I have a very active one-year old kitten who has never been left alone. I was apprehensive about leaving him. Brit went over and above the call of caring for my cat! Brit tailored her visits to what my cat needed; not some cookie cutter formula she uses for all her clients. Every visit she kept him super active with his usual enrichments as well as new enrichments every visit! I received many photos, videos, and texts that ensured I did not worry for a second. Brit also took the upmost care of our home. I could not be happier with my Meowtel experience!

I was out of state on vacation when my pet sitter got sick and canceled. I reached out to Meowtel and Amanda stepped up to help. She was extremely thoughtful and helpful plus she took great care of my kitty. She had excellent communication skills and sent me pictures. I highly recommend Amanda and Meowtel for future visits.

Meowtel paired us with an excellent sitter who is clearly knowledgeable and who loves cats. I appreciated that we could read bios of sitters and meet them in person prior to making a commitment, that pictures and short videos were included with each visit, and that Meowtel had the foresight to collect the necessary releases and approvals so that our vet could treat our cats if an emergency arose. Our cats seemed happy and well cared for. We will definitely use Meowtel again.

There is a kitty sitter who is so friendly. After one year my cats started getting sick. First one and two weeks later the other. I used a nanny cam and caught the sitter putting something in my cats food. She said it was an herb from her garden and she has been giving her cats the herb for years in California before she moved to northwest Las Vegas. Her friend I got in contact with said her cat got sick and after nine months got so bad he died. She is now unsure if there is any connection or it's jist a coincidence because the sitter was watching her cat during that time. I would expect they would screen their employees much better. Especially if they are dangers to living pets!! We will never use this company again of the lady in northwest Vegas!! We took our pets to the vet and we're waiting for all the rest of the test results. This woman is cunning and a good manipulator with her sweet innocent facsade. We are livid!!

Finding Drew, the cat-whisperer, was the most amazing thing to enable us to leave our Tinkerbell with peace and comfort. Tinkey races out to meet her. We would not have been able to travel without the security of knowing Drew was there.
