He gave 10/10 interview prep, really related to my situation and weighed up my best options with me.

After knowing, working with and dealing with a lot of recruiters Will really stands out from the rest to deliver a top top top service.

He then helped me throughout the entire interview process to secure the role. I wouldn't have had this great opportunity without Will, and I can't thank him enough. The thing with meritt that has been truly unique is the blend of how the AI guides you to the right role and gives you presentation feedback – nice touch – but then when it comes to needing to speak to a human, they're there supporting you through the whole process. Always getting feedback on how to improve and present your best self forward. They really act as a talent agency rather than a recruitment agency.

I found this after using Jack and Jill - I love how I only had to submit a short video rather than chat to an AI - once I did that I got instant feedback on my presentation skills. What more I got to speak to a real person afterwards (Will, so helpful) who helped me find my next role...
