I bought the Isla Womens Leather Motorcycle Jacket and all of the reviews said that it was true to size, but I didn't find that to be the case.

I usually wear a size Small or Medium, I bought it in a medium so I could layer under it if needed, but I had a thin shirt on when I tried it on and I couldn't move my shoulders easily. It cut into my shoulders and there's no way I could ride my bike comfortably (aka safely) in something that fits like that.

I reached out to do an exchange for a large and they said I could exchange, but I had to do the return shipping myself?? It's going one state over and I'm still buying the jacket, so this was a little frustrating to me. With a return I can understand paying the return shipping, but for an exchange every other company I've ever purchased from has always paid return shipping when I do an exchange... so.. yeah. It's hard to say you should buy from them when it's kind of a hassle and you end up spending more money when it doesn't work out and since the sizing isn't realistic.

Update. I got a size up and it still didn't fit. So I paid another $20 to ship it back, then they took $15 from my refund. So honestly I would not recommend you buy from them.

Terrible terrible communication. Found their website, prices in £GBP, placed an order, at no point did the website mention that it was being sent from outside the UK, nor any mention of import duty/VAT. I get a letter this morning from the courier for payment of import fees totalling half the cost of the jacket on top (import duty, VAT on item, shipping, and import duty, and clearance fee). Their customer service was completely amateur and downright rude, saying I should have checked. They state in a policy buried on their website that import fees are paid by the buyer, but at no time at all did they mention it was shipping from outside the UK. Very amateur saying they had incurred considerable cost to send it to me! WHY IS THAT MY PROBLEM? They priced it in GBP to send to the UK! They refused to pay the charges, as did I, so the parcel will return to sender in 20 days time on non-payment of charges. Avoid this company, worst experience of buying online or internationally I've ever had!

Ordered a discounted “tarnished bronze” jacket from them. Nowhere was it mentioned that the discount was because the jacket colour did not conform to the claimed colour.
What I received was more salmon pink than tarnished bronze.
Despite their failure to diclose that critical bit of information they refuse to pay for the return shipping. It also took a few attempts to even get them to respond to me. I’d steer well clear of these people as they have a seriously doubtful idea of service.
