Total irrespeto al cliente. Despues de media hora en la fila, desde las 730 pm, y a un turno de llegar, nos dijeron q ya no habia servicio, y aparte entraron una pareja que estaba detras de nosotros. Esta bien q no haya disponibilidad pero es inaudito el maltrato al q fuimos expuestos.. Les falta mucho tacto para manejar el servicio al cliente en todas los niveles administrativos... No los volveremos a considerar ni a recomendar como una opción de comida mexicana ni gastronómica

Dear Charles, we are terribly sorry that you did not have a good experience. We can assure you that it is 100% the original Mero Macho imported from Ecuador. Due to US regulations, we are only able to import the 60 mL bottles rather than the larger size that most people have come to know over the years.

Lack of use directions, care and more information.
I was expecting to see on the label more instructions, directions, and care about the product.
Collateral effects is something that should concern about anyone taking any kind of health supplements.
Other than that the product is awesome. I was a bit scared to drink it because the lack of information and still don’t feel like recommending it just to anyone because of that.
