Damaged. Refused to replace and haven’t sent parts for weeks.
Only gave two starts because the rower we got seems To be decent however it came damaged. They insisted I put it together to determine required parts and it’s now been 7 weeks and at least 20 emails back and forth but still no parts. Inadequate packaging practically ensures receiving a damaged machine. Total waste of my money time and energy. So disappointing. Their response Deserves no stars.

Mystery box
Great products in the mystery box! However one pair of leggings must have been a medium child’s as they fit my 13 year old rather than medium adults!
Delay in being delivered but a lovely lady called to apologise and reassured me it was on its way so fantastic customer service

Little to no customer service
Little to no customer service. Trying to return all items as poor quality and poorly sized. Returns page times out constantly and no reply to emails. AVOID!
