They make it impossible to return / switch glasses. I now spend 6 emails and 2 whstapp chats and they keep “investigating’. Just let me switch glasses, how hard can it be…

I gave Meta AI a try, expecting insightful conversation. Instead, it locked onto one topic-my dogs - and wouldn’t let go. It asked about them. Then asked again. Then again. I felt like I was trapped in a bizarre, tail-chasing loop of repetitive questions that ignored everything else I tried to talk about.

Yes, I love my dogs. But I’m also a person with a full life - interests in health, finance, tech, and more. Meta AI couldn’t keep up or adapt. It was like talking to a glitchy chatbot stuck on one script.

There are better AI companions out there that treat users like full human beings. Meta’s just not there yet.

I like meta ai very useful, however I speak Norwegian I don't understand English (I'm using Google translate) I think I should be able to talk to meta ai in my language but it sends a message in Norwegian then changed it to English saying that it dosent

Dreadful customer service that fails to resolve Ai glasses ordered but never delivered. Ordered a 2nd pair that were never delivered. DPD courier tracking confirms package still at warehouse and they continue to refute this saying glasses are being used. Yes the pair I own ARE being used and are not the same as ones ordered. Despite numerous emails and evidence of tracking and my original pair which are different to the ones ordered I keep getting the same response which fails to address the issue. Clearly customer service unable to understand English. I suspect it may be AI generated response. Not what I expected from a company like Meta.
My advice. DO NOT BUY FROM META. Go to a store and buy in person to avoid any potential issues

Bought the meta ai glasses. I changed my mind after purchasing but could not cancel order till after they processed payment & recieved glasses . Did an immediate return . Got sent returns pack & barcodes or waybill to return items. Followed all instructions took to the DHL parcel shop & can't print label, saying returned failed , not supported by collect + . Registered express shop in Alloa only takes parcels with label on. Don't have anywhere to print label & highly convoluted returns process delivery & Meta is making it impossible to return & refund. Does not instill faith in AI products when they cant even process a simple return AVOID AVOID AVOID .

Was the bot able to help me? Yes, I was asking for volunteering opportunities, and the bot suggested some, though I wish it linked directly to the organizations where I could volunteer.

The real question here is does this make me feel more connected to myself, to others, to nature? I wish this and other bots proactively suggested I connect IRL, but it took prodding from me to do that.

Navigating the Meta AI privacy center wasn't straightforward.

There’s no way to get rid of this on my WhatsApp. Why is this force on to us like this. This should be illegal.

I didn't put it on my phone and I can't get rid of something I really don't want, that says a lot about a desperate company
