We absolutely love method products! The shower cleaner has been a favourite for ages, and now we’ve switched to their washing detergents and kitchen cleaners too. Everything smells amazing and works brilliantly — cleaning has never felt so fresh! Highly recommend!

Method handwash pump failed,
Initially responded to my emails, wanting various numbers, when I provided these, would come back and ask for something else. When we finally got there, just said Thanks for your helpful assistance.
Lost a whole bottle virtually, no recompense, and a waste of my time. Not impressed as I buy a lot of Method products…. Time to look for something new.
Update: Emailed me with a complicated link to refund £4 in 2/3 weeks time.
I won’t bother, a simple voucher to replace would have been adequate, not wasting any more of my time.

Every now and again you stumble on a brand that fits your vibe. I’ve recently drunk the cool-aid that ‘method home’ supply and I live for it… products that do what they are supposed to, branded well, green ethos, not tested on ‘ickle bunny wabbits’.

What made my heart skip a beat was finding a wood cleaner (I gotta lotta wood) that didn’t smell like ‘an explosion at the flower market’. Your almond floor cleaner is sublime and dare I say, caters for a more masculine nasal palette.

Don’t ever discontinue it, don’t make me lay carpets! Brilliant, not much more to say (coughs! Sandalwood)
