First time buyer here. Bought a replacement screen door for my patio slider. The ordering process was easy and the door shipped in a reasonable amount of time. The packaging was exceptional - packed in a very robust wooden frame - and the door arrived looking like new. The size was perfect and it installed easily, and the color was perfect. My only quibble is the price. Yes, the door was exactly what I was looking and couldn't find anywhere else, but still . . . it was expensive.

The screen won't stay in place because the tabs were not installed in the correct location, ie. the top. That is the purpose of the tabs and the reason I ordered the screens from you in the first place. :(

Réponse de Metro Screenworks
Hello John,
We are sorry to hear that there is an issue with the hardware on your window screen. According to the order you placed online, you selected 2 acorn pointers on the height, which you selected the height to be the 29" side. If we installed them on the width, please share with us some pictures and we would be happy to send replacements. Please send any information to support@metroscreenworks.com.
Thank you,
Package well and protected.

The screens were packaged very well. It would take a lot of misuse to damage them during shipping. Mine arrived without any damage.
