Easy to use small business account
Easy to use small business account with free and fully integrated "FreeAgent" bookkeeping software!
I started this business as a "side-hustle" with zero budget for overheads but plenty of experience how a business should be run. Mettle and FreeAgent have enabled me to run this little business just as well as the bigger ones that actually keep a roof over my head and put food on the table (and they have overheads much bigger than zero!)
In short, I'd strongly recommend if you're starting out.

The app is very user-friendly and easy to navigate overall. One improvement would be allowing multiple payment cards to be assigned to different users within the same account, rather than just a single card. Aside from that, everything works very well

The overall service is good, howeverr…
The overall service is good however there are some things that benefit some customers and not others i.e. the referal code. This seems unfair to me. Also the account was completely free when I set up at start of year and already recieving correspondence about charges creeping in, so doesnt feel like its what I was originally offered.

Unfortunately, you aren't able to send or receive international payments with your Mettle account. However, this is a feature that we’re looking to add in the future.
