Found my dream apartment easily, thanks to them!

Luis sold us our home about 8 years ago and it has gone up in value so much! To think that at that time we were beating ourselves up about the cost. Luis checks in on us occasionally just to see how we're doing. He's become a close spiraling out of control I'm so glad we bought almost a decade ago!

We hired Luis as our Realtor to purchase a Condo from Beazer Homes. We wanted to downsize so we didn't have as much home maintenance so this was perfect for us. Thanks Luis!

Bought 32+ acres of land out in Temecula (wine country) with Luis. He got us organized on everything from water rights to connecting us with a water Witcher of which was great because now we have water, lots of water! We have plans to build a new custom home along with cultivating grapes.

Listed my home in Chino Hills with Luis and it sold for $65k over list price. We also downsized to a new condo, downtown and Luis made the transition much easier then we ever thought possible.

We were recommend to Luis by a family friend. We met up for coffee to discuss our goals of buying a home. He really takes the time to get to know you. I know this will probably sound silly but we really wanted our home to have a dog wash station for our dogs. At the very least a plumb out to be able to install one into home with basin and everything. No stinky dogs in this house. Luis just knows how to get things done. He just makes things happen. We are forever grateful and so are our pups!

We purchased a new house at KB Home Oceanside through Luis. He provided us weekly updates on the build of the home. Communication was above and beyond!
