Op onze vraag /verzoek werd erg snel gereageerd. Op dezelfde dag was ons verzoek geregeld in ons account. Ook de telefonische support is prima.

Tried to make an account, but didn't hear anything for 5 days straight. no email, no status update, nothing. had to call with the helpdesk, only to hear it still isnt fixed and it was a technical issue. They actually then reached out later and handled everything really nicely and offered to compensate me. Suprised by the service

Ongeveer een maand geleden heb ik ook met uw klantenservice contact gehad over hetzelfde probleem. Helaas was hier niet tevreden mee. Onlangs probeerde ik het opnieuw met een beter resultaat, de eerste dame had iet over het hoofd gezien in mijn instellingen, de tweede dame viel het haar gelijk op. Erg fijn dat mijn probleem nu opgelost is.

Great support, low fees
I only just started with MEXEM, but so far my experience has been great. And I did a lot of research, MEXEM seemed the best in terms of low fees, reliability and great support. I have been in touch with support multiple times for various questions. They're always very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. That really helps to get started and build trust since this is a long-term commitment of course.

Geen moment spijt van mijn overstap Van DeGiro naar Mexem. Beter platform, veel meer aanbod qua beurzen, landen en beleggingsproducten. Qua kosten vergelijkbaar of goedkoper dan DeGiro, zeker op losse amerikaanse aandelen.
Goede Nederlandstalige klantenservice.
