The order arrived quickly and looks great! Super cute slippers!!!

What pisses me off, is that they stay advertising that a box comes with the slippers. It absolutely doesn’t. It comes cheaply packaged in a see thru bag. Other than that the slippers are ok. Quit false advertising. To the consumers, you’ve been warned about the packaging.

Great company, happy with the purchases, great details in each of the products and the price is great. 🤙🏽

The slippers didn’t have much shape. It’s as if they had been crushed in the shipping. I’m going to have to stuff them with tissue paper to help them hold their form before I gift them. There are also these yellow dots inside the slippers, which look odd, but apparently they’re made that way.

I was also misled into thinking they would come in a nice pink box, as shown in the photos. Instead, they arrived in a cheap plastic bag. Customers should be told upfront that the box is not included. I also learned that if you want the box, it costs an additional $6.00 — which feels like a steep price for just a box.

Overall, for the price and the novelty, I would rate these a 3. They’re not very comfortable, and I can’t see them lasting long.

I reached out several times about returning items and got zero communication back. It's disheartening around the holidays :/

Beautiful quality and exceptionally comfortable. Feels like hugs for your feet. Absolutely recommend and will purchase additional items.

Very comfy, 2 weeks on and still looks good. I been using every day. I enjoy how comfortable it is. Well worth for the price cant wait to see the brown ones will be next and want to get them for my boys.

The bag that I purchased cannot be used because the screws holding the handles will not say on, the bag was received on November 29th, and fell apart the first time it was used. An email was sent to customer service and I was told they would provide the screws free of charge(as they should) but I would need to pay $5 for shipping after being charged $14.85 to get the bag shipped in the first place. Most quality companies would apologize for the problem and mail the needed parts out with no questions asked. Don’t waste your money on the subpar product.

Missing the nut part to attach the handle. Please replace!!!!

Love the slippers!

Everyone has loved everything that they gotten.

Order was canceled. One email sent to let me know. No follow up after. So I sent an email asking for status on a pre order knowing I had to wait, received a reply stating they sent an email with that email they sent attached. Now I am waiting for store credit because they dont do refunds on pre orders. Everything I have purchased from this site has taken months to receive. Customer support are slow to reply. Real bummer because I love the site and the stuff they sell.

I love all the optiions you have to buy, definitely worth shopping. Also got my order sooner than expected and that's a plus for me !

There should have been more communication regarding the status of the preorder. The packaging of the bordado slippers is so cheap compared to the concha slippers. They look like an Amazon order and no indication of the specialty store they came from. Very disappointing

I bought 2 pairs of concha slippers, and both times came in yellow stained and dirty.

You advertise it with a nice decorative box and then ship it without the box you ask if there’s issues to let you know so I sent emails 2 different times with no reply this is a gift so the box was important to me

I ordered the Pan-tuflas at a great discount. They arrived pretty quickly, and they feel very soft. My sister is going to get a kick out of this gift.
