Excellent service from Helena and the team and MiPA. We used them to help manage our inbound calls during a particulary busy period, they integrated seemlessly into our business.

Very good service, very ueful if you are not always around to answer the phone. Always helpful when you need them.

I have employed MiPA to look after two of my businesses (quite different in content) after having worked my way through 3 previous PA services where I was not satisfied with their service. Emma, and all her team, are exemplary and a delight to work with. We have worked with Emma's team, who are all super friendly and professional, to look after all of our calls, and had her team help us out when we lost admin staff, and on every occasion they have excelled. Our customers know that their call is valued and on the very rare occasions I've had call to query something with them, they have addressed it immediately and impeccably. This company is sending marketing emails to my personal email address without explicit consent. Initial attempts to communicate with this company have failed as the sender "Emma Mills" has not responded to why she is emailing me without consent.
