I’m fortunate enough to have been to 4 of Michaels events in the last 4 years. Each have been different, each have been brilliant. Pages and pages of notes and actions.

Micheal is one of the best mentors / teachers / advisors / coaches in the world.

I’ve worked with Michael and Christine Heppell for just under 5 years now and without doubt they are best at what they do. I have been to lots of conferences, seminars and motivational events and listened to lots of Keynote’s. None have held a candle to what these guys do.
Firstly they take a lot of time to understand what you want the outcome of your event to be. They’ll talk to the key stakeholders, get to understand your business and also talk to anyone else speaking, to ensure that what Michael speaks about is relevant to the event.
He’s very entertaining, high energy and hugely motivational, which means not only do people sit up and listen, they remember the message and the event.

Michael and the team more than delivered on the day – there were some very strong characters in the room and by the end of the afternoon session everyone was wholly engaged.

I have to say, that the points we discussed in the preparation in terms of the perception of the team on the various issues in play, were covered off in a subtle and effective manner by Michael – impressive - and I think we may well have turned a corner on thinking differently – obviously very early days, but I hope to see the techniques Michael conveyed come into effect in the coming days, weeks …. And beyond.

Michael was absolutely brilliant in delivering a really inspirational and thought-provoking session to my staff. He was able to build a rapport and entertain them as well as framing a really personal motivational message for everyone. He is full of energy, very caring and careful to align the messages for the organisation and the particular needs of the people in the room. Christine provides the excellent technical elements and together they make a seamless experience for your team. I would recommend them unreservedly

We hired Michael to speak at five Management Conferences over five consecutive days. Michael and Christine were incredibly professional and organised. Michael met with our CEO well in advance to ensure the content and delivery was tailored to our objectives, and the delivery each day was exactly that. Christine arrange the equipment and set up with our AV supplier so everything was high quality and came together smoothly. Our delegates thoroughly enjoyed the presentations which were thought provoking and exciting. Having Michael on stage in the afternoon was great timing to liven everyone up. Each delegate left with plenty of notes and tips on how to be brilliant as well as their own big objectives to make an impact in their role.

I would highly recommend Michael and Christine for speaking engagements, particularly for those in customer service fields.

Great books, brilliant keynote speaker, annoyingly good all rounder :-) If you're looking for some help in becoming more effective as a leader or maybe just a different perspective on techniques to push you on to the next level then i'd recommend any of Michael's books (5 star Service and The Edge are my favs). Or if you need something to help get your team fired up and ready to take on the world then book Michael for a keynote...they'll thank you for it.

As an author and a speaker Michael is first class - I have read most of his books, several of them several times, and his no-nonsense approach is nevertheless highly valuable.

Last week was the first time that I saw Michael, although our organisation has used him for several years for events. I have a healthy suspicion of motivational speakers but he was, appropriately enough, brilliant. I actually came away with some tangible things to think about and the enthusiasm to take action. I even appreciated the audience participation as it didn't feel forced. I highly recommend him - even if you "don't like" motivational speakers.

Michael is a rather inspirational fellow, I did his two day course "How to be brilliant" a few years ago and I still class it as one of the best things I have ever done, the word Brilliant is simply spot on. I still regale my time to my colleagues and friends. The course gave me my life back, seriously, It gave me the confidence to believe in what I do, and that as long as I do my best , then that's enough.Finally,the most important one, don't do things to please other people, that way lies dissappointment and feelings of doubt and negative self worth, Believe in yourself, ignore the negativity, its just a point of view.

We at ASDA had a fantastic experience with Michael. The session he ran for us was high energy and high impact. The ASDA colleagues were really engaged and have waxed lyrical since the event. We're no longer fine, we're brilliant!

Not only do his books reset your thinking and make your views on excellence, positivity and determination change but he seems to be writing directly to you. Michael appears to have captured, after many years being involved in customer excellence and service, the very essence of switching thinking and situations around.

I launched my Passionate People campaign this year and there was only one man I could rely on to ensure that the message landed; Michael (and Christine of course!). Seeing 160 of my top management team singing the theme of the Hair Bear Bunch at each other will live with me for a long time to come!

The best people to deal with you can imagine and then go beyond that.
