Extremely poor quality T-shirts and prints, not all as described amd not all sized correctly and customer service is nothing short of abysmal. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
Been trying sort issues for 3 weeks and still no further forward . POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ordered 2 Hoddies and a T SHIRT - never delivered - tried to get hold of these people and they told me it had been delivered. Took a photo of the time a date using my CCTV cameras and guess what no courier.
Do NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE CON ARTISTS

My tee shirt has a 100mm gap where the stitching was never sown properly and they will not reply to my emails

Poor quality product. Paper thin material used to make hoodie can literally see through its so thin. Printing looks like it was Done in a garage image was blurry and off center. My hoodie went directly in the trash I was so disappointed.

I payed almost $200.00 for swag... shipping was fake... physically went the local warehouse and they not ship anything. Got no email response, one response on instagram. Will report and block anything I see with that name. Ridiculous

Never received the goods, sent many emails asking for help to resolve. They just say contact the carrier using tracking number but that leads nowhere. Everyone makes mistakes, has things go wrong. Its what you do to correct the issue that tells the story. I wish Id read the reviews before making the purchase.

AVOID! TERRIBLE COMPANY!

What a scam! They steal all their designs from reputable companies and just remove their logos.

Ordered 6 items, all of them came, nice graphic designs and well printed only issue is the clothes themselves are cheap. The Hoody is thin and cheap so if you're after something warm and comfy then it's not for you. The T shirts are cheap and thin but again well printed....ok for summer wear.

Well this outcome is absolutely disgusting. I thought PayPal was a platform used to protect the buyer. Now I am out of pocket over $100 and do not have the items as I sent them back for a refund, as discussed with the seller. I took photographs of all the shirts I had purchased, that clearly do not have a print on the front as described on their website.

Upon looking at comments on the sellers Facebook page, it appears this is not the first time this has happened.

Shirts don't fit and they won't honor a refund

I received my order but dont count on refund or something if the size is not right. I wanted to cancel the order within the hour after ordering but got al sorts of bad translated emails. They also send the wrong tracking code. All and all i got what i paid for because my order was complete. The quality is not good but also not too bad. I like the designs! Make sure you measure yourself before ordering!

Kept trying to contact them through FB and IG and they have blocked me on both. So angry that I lost $120 on these shirts without any method of getting my money back.

The shirts themselves are actually poor quality material also. Not breathable at all. Prints are cool but that is it.

Update, they offered me a 20,30,40% refund and to keep the small shirts that do not fit. Emailed them a few times with no response. This is a total scam website. Got their address and phone number for a return but haven’t sent anything back due to me not feeling like I’d get the refund. Anyone know how I can file a complaint and get these scam artists in trouble?

Bought 2 shirts from this company they were great. Fit great, looked great and couldn't be happier. Purchased 2 more. The print is absolutely terrible and I purchased the exact same size as the first 2 shirts and they did not fit the same as all. Reached out to exchange them for different shirts or just return them for a refund. One response after multiple emails. Then they ask me to measure the shirts and depending on my response is how quickly they would fix the situation. Finally they offer me a 20% off coupon but never send the coupon. Then they block me on Facebook. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Sadly this is a scam shopping website which has stolen Terms and Conditions from Top Lifestyle Limited. I only wish I could find where their designs came from...
