I’d like to commend Midkey’s representative Matt Norris for the excellent service and support provided through a somewhat challenging loan application process. Matt was extremely professional and personable. He was both reliable and supportive. Mid-Key has an easy simple to follow loan application process, from the initial online enquiry, to an easy method of providing document requirements through their online portal, to the valuation stage, and the final and e-loan approval stage to completion. The entire process was easy to follow and very efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending Matt to assist you with a Midkey loan.

I just utilised the Midkey product for my new house construction, which went way over budget. Midkey was the only product I could find which enabled me to keep my house to live in, instead of selling it. The process has been very smooth and efficient with Amanda. The only concern I had was the determination of the interest rate, with respect to the RBA rate. With the recent drop by the RBA, Midkey has lowered their rate by the same amount and effective within a week. Better than my traditional bank. 6 stars deserved and a happy customer.

Spent 2 months going through process only to be told that they couldn’t approve loan without any real justification

Having been in business 30 years, as a small business owner around Australia, Midkey supported me in the interim of hardships after covid. Their support at this crucial time was essential to be able to help with the flow of my business. It has now given me the necessary breathing space to reduce my stress after the country shut down for 11 months due to covid. Our request for an updated equity loan was prompty addressed by another Mid-Key representative, Matt Norris, who was not the one we had dealt with previously-Amanda Hall. Pleasantly surprised, Matt helped us just as well as Amanda. It was obvious to us that Mid-Key had a good process which followed a good due diligence path, and so the info Matt asked was already familiar to us. A few complications aroused which Matt resolved quickly. Another obvious point was that both representatives were extremely professional and personable. The new equity loan was finalised within days of the date Matt had projected (subject to all info we needed to provide). The e-loan document process by Mid Key's solicitor "FMS" was also easy to use and efficient.This was amazing as it allowed us to go into 2025 with the ability to achieve my goals.

MIdkey and Amanda were superb. Midkey is meeting a gap in the market for home finance which the banks ignore -older people with home equity. It is a national tragedy that people over 55 struggle to get housing finance, especially those that are self-employed including in the professions. Amanda was supremely helpful and pleasant and knowlegeable to deal with.
