I've been with these guys since the beginning. Purchased way more than I should've, and they remembered it all. I advise you not to deal with scammer
The product didn't work, and I requested a refund, but it was denied. I only received $35 back.
I have been banned from the server
After I asked for a full refund, he said I wouldn't bear the loss. I told him, "You're the seller and it's your fault, so why should I bear it?" Then he blocked me.
I have a screenshot of the entire conversation from the beginning until I got blocked.
After I told him I will file a complaint with PayPal about the remaining amount.
He transferred the amount
He told me he wouldn't refund my money. Buy a card and he'd give me a discount. He bargained for my money.
I advise you not to deal with scammer

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and would like to clarify a few important points:
The card you provided was faulty, and we were unable to flash any firmware on it—not even test firmware—confirming it was defective beyond our control.
We explained this to you and issued a partial refund of $35 from the $140 payment to cover our time and costs attempting to flash and handle the defective hardware.
As an alternative to help resolve the situation, we offered you a new, tested replacement card pre-flashed with your requested firmware for $100, which included a $30 discount off our regular pricing.
This was not an attempt to bargain for your money but rather a good-faith offer to help you receive working hardware at a reduced cost.
As you declined the replacement option, no further refund was issued.
We understand this may have been frustrating, but we were transparent about the issue and acted in accordance with our policies regarding customer-supplied defective hardware.

They took care of me
They took care of me ! , DMA set up was crushed in first shipping by UPS and they made sure too send me out a new one , finally got it and they helped me get fully set up , but it didnt end there lol poor guys the KM box they sent originally had some issues and they hopped on sending me another one asap free of charge and helped me get all set up on this aswell , legit sellers and there for any issues you may have, i would highly recommend using them !
