Horrible fraudsters
Horrible fraudsters. Bought a printer from them and they tried to force us to take a yearly maintenance service contract. We notified them that we are not interested in yearly maintenance for 5yrs as the machine is not on lease we paid oytright .when we asked them to cancel the service maintenance as were were not leasing the printer and have paid outright ,they sent out an early termination invoice of over £16,000 .
The yearly maintenance fee is £149, the printer we paid was for about £2600, I asked them how they came about with that breakdown Beth from accounts insisted it was the correct amount.
How can a maintenance fee of £149 per year over 5 years ,( which we were still disputing)come to £16,000.
This is the most incompetent and fraudulent company. Stay away from them.
All staff are so stupid and could not even explain how they could charge over £16k to cancel a 5yr yearly maintenance fee of £149.
Just pure filth and vile comoany

Photocopier issue
Michael and Jayden came to the office on 28 November to fix an issue with our photocopier. This was done in a timely manner and the machine was tested and working okay before they left

The heat customer service, very helpful, very approachable,

Efficient & Helfpul - Oxford
Michael and George efficiently repaired and replaced parts of the machine for our central office, allowing us to get back to printing for our chapel services and academic conferences in a timely manner. Both were very helpful.

Dishonest
Receiving lots of calls from them despite telling them we aren't interested in the past. Upon closer inspection the sleuth of 5 star reviews are from a majority of one-time reviewers making me extremely suspicious. Check the 1 star reviews to see what reviews they have taken pains to dilute.
