The my shopping experience was easy but.....
The my shopping experience was easy and delivery was prompt but unfortunately the two broccoli plants I received were very yellow and limp when they arrived. I planted them out straight away and four days later I think they are dead. The spinach plants survived just fine in the same postage box

Hi Nigel, Thanks for your feedback. I am always happy for people to email me as soon as they receive their plants when there is an issue, and to try and rectify the problem. It may be an issue with the journey as the plants were in excellent condition when they were sent.

Hi Anne, thanks for your review, I will look into the issues with my website. I am always trying to improve the website quality. I have looked at your parcel tracking and saw that your parcel took an extra long time to get to you. That is why the leaves have yellowed considerably. They will be fine to recover with correct care, as they were sent as healthy plants with good roots. Maybe next time to avoid long postage times select express shipping options when ordering plants from anyone.
