Both product and staff are excellent! I've made several orders of mighty focus, red reishi, cordyceps and lions mane and I have nothing but good words about them. Works as advertised. On one occasion, the package was damaged during shipping, and once I provided proof, they shipped a replacement immediately.

I have ordered from them 3 days ago, and within a few minutes I have changed my mind on taking the mushrooms. I have reached out to them the same time and asked for the cancellation of my order(#3692).
They said it’s been cancelled and nothing has been shipped , but I haven’t got any refund. Even though I have emailed them about it , but nothing has been refunded to me.

I placed an order over a month ago and have been charged for it. I cannot read the language in the link with the tracking information. I am not able to get any updates on when I should receive it. I have sent two emails that I provided the order number and asked for help to clarify if my order shipped and when I should receive it but have not received a response. Previous order I have received in an appropriate timeframe.
