Absolutely loved our Christmas hamper. Third or fourth order from this company and everything has always been great.

This time, despite MP putting ‘perishable - DO NOT return to depot’… the delivery person took it back to the depot and redelivered the next day. Somehow, everything was still frozen. Credit to MP for such secure packaging of the food.

Stock was exactly what we were after, Order was processed really quickly. Had a minor niggle so dropped a message across which was replied to almost instantly even well outside of working hours.

When we need our next top up, we will certainly be back!

Great selection and speedy delivery. I was looking to order Lazy Vegan meals as I can no longer get at my local supermarket. I ordered these and other items. Came quickly and was well packaged, I recommend and would order again.

I can't shop there while they sell Israeli brand "Redefine Meat". Veganism is about compassion, awareness and action, and the actions of the Israeli state are so far from these principles that the only honest thing to do is to boycott their companies.

I have ordered a few things from them, but they have sent me one pack of ice-cream sandwiches past the use by date and one pack with a few ice cream sandwiches with green mould on it. We have serverd this to our guest and some have eaten it before reasiling it's past the use by date or they have mould on them. I have no words fpr the embarasement and the somach issue they have caused. This place should be put out of business.

Their juicy marbles is out of date it’s look unappetising unlike the original Juicy Marbles the colour is just not it I wasted my money and I cooked it for the foxes all of it the taste is different I really feel sorry for you for the original Juicy Marbles because by partying with Mightyplants they will loose Busness because Mightyplnts is an absolute rubbish look and their 50% single star with unhappy customers I will never buy anything from them I use to spend a lot in Juicy Marbles before they party with then Im sad that Juicy Marbles party with them to be honest and Im disappointed their juicy marbles taste horrible because it’s just different or not fresh the their online website is nothing like original Juicy marbles good bye you will never see me in you rubbish online store ever again once bitten twice shy and you shall loose more and more customers in your store you are way too expensive with your fake looking tastelessness Juicy Marbles

I made a complaint about the Sunshine Deli holiday roast which I purchased as part of the Christmas hamper Mighty Plants were selling. I prepared it for Christmas dinner according to directions. It was flavourless and spongy. Just inedible. We ate a few bites and binned the rest. And I hate food waste. I wrote to Mighty Plants on Christmas evening after dinner informing them and with photos. I asked for a refund of the roast. The reply I received on Boxing Day was a gaslight: no one has ever complained, it’s our favourite roast and we’re a small business who works so hard. Umm ok. What does any of that have to do with me? My time and money less worthy than theirs? Nice selection of products but Mighty Plants needs mighty revisions in customer service.

I ordered a lot of items. The box arrived badly damaged, with many of the items squashed or soaked and inedible. I contacted the company with photos, and they replied, but didn’t seem to think that they should do anything about it. No refund or even shop credit. Don’t waste your money!
The date is today as I can’t remember the exact date of the order, but it was in the last month.

Might plants is a fabulous site (also physical supermarket) for vegan produce. I'm a fan of buying from local independent businesses where possible and these are a great example. Reasonable prices, frequent offers, great communication and excellent packaging and delivery.

We have ordered twice and will be back for many more. Love the products - less for “everyday meals” - more for “wow meals”. Over the years we have tried others and moved on - but with Mighty Plants we have stayed: Juicy Marbles - smell, texture, taste … get the joint and get 3-4 different generous meals (for 2 people). Omni seafood crab cakes - delicious with salad and vegan mayo. And the seafood ocean burgers … texture and taste with any combo. Just some of the fun we have had!! Love their website, their way of doing things, and especially the food!!
