We cannot guess your personal information though and we are not permitted to do so under US immigration law and privacy law, so, yes, as the client, you need to tell us this. The errors you refer to were simply not of our making. As I said, USCIS "should" deliver petitions to your worksite address, not to the company's head office, but they have been known to consider the wrong address in error. I also advised fully on the method of paying the USCIS processing fees to them. You generated a money order from a UK bank, rather than a US bank, which went against advice. Your petition remains solid though and you can apply at any time if you adhere to the advice of your chosen advisor.
